Sometimes the managers our strict and they won't allow as to do some programs in our college
I really hate hostel that doesn't provide the basic freedom for a human being

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was a biology student at higher secondary. But I chose computer science in engineering so it was a little difficult for me to understand that syllabus. Faculty members in our college are very friendly and they are ready to help us with the curriculum. The semester exams will be conducted after 3 months of a semester so the exams will be tightly scheduled and is difficult to manage the exam times. The lab exams and theory exams are tightly scheduled.

Class Size : 63Course Fees : INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

On the last vacation our college provided it was a one-month internship. My friends attended it and it told me it was very helpful and useful to increase my knowledge. The internship was on stack development.

Placement Experience :

Our college has many placements. many of the students in our college got placements but it is difficult to get a job letter from the company offering the placement. I am planning to find a job after the course or to take PG. And I am also looking for a 3-month or 6-month course after the Tech.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

It is nearly 90000 years but I scored more than 95 in my place to the exam so I got a 20000 scholarship amount per year which will be reduced from my college fees. no, the scholarship is available for my category. Campus placements are given in our college but some students who got the campus placements are not called for the job. It is difficult to get the appointment letter even though you got the campus placement.

Campus Life :

Our College fest includes arts fest, college day, and tech fest named Tharang. This year tharang was conducted in the odd semester. Our college also conducts a sports day. Also includes a big library which contains almost all the books to refer to for our semester. Our college contains the NSS club, IEDC, CSI, and others. The college also includes basketball,handball, cricket, football, and many other teams. Sometimes it is difficult to convince the management of the college to conduct a fest.

Admission :

You have to attend the Kerala entrance exam. After the result is published if you are eligible apply for the allotment. You can add college with preference. College can be chosen on the basis of the last rank details and the rank you got. I belong to the general category so I didn't get any reservations. After the first allotment, you have to pay 10k as a fee to the university. Then only they consider you for the second allotment. After the second allotment, you have to take the admission in the college you got. There is one more allotment.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
