Course Curriculum Overview :

I am very happy and satisfied taking this course and studying Computer Science Engineering. I was always passionate about being a data scientist which required BTech (CSE) engineering. HMRITM provided me with this opportunity and I am happy with my faculty members who taught me and guided me for a good future with a nice placement. We have all different teachers for all the subjects and labs, every teacher is very enthusiastic in guiding the students who are disciplined. There are 61 students in my class, and professors concentrate on every student. There are many professors who have done their PhD and many have acquired their PhD. All of them have a huge amount of experience as they have taught in many colleges and universities. The difficulty of the exams is moderate and varies from subject to subject as well as semester to semester. In every semester there is a mid-semester exam which happens 6 weeks after the start of the semester and after mid-semester, there is the end-term examination.

Internships Opportunities :

I am aspired to be a Data scientist. So I did many courses from Coursevania, coding blocks I did major and minor projects under the companies- Teachnook, coursevania, Devtown, and Coding Blocks. Teachnook also offered me an internship for two months for 6000 stipend. All of this knowledge I got from the Computer Society of our college. I have a big resume consisting of all these skills. These will definitely help me with campus placements.

Placement Experience :

Every student in the final year is eligible after clearing all the backlogs for the placement cell. Everyone gets campus placement for sure in various companies. Bonami, Wipro, Infotech, orange, TCS, cognizant, etc. are the companies coming for placement. 42 lakh per annum was the highest package last year. 100% of students get placement. I want to be a data scientist in one of the biggest MNCs in the world.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There have been no fee hikes since I was admitted to the college, it's the same in both the years that I have studied to date. Faculty does provide scholarship opportunities for the merit students who have more than 9. Many of my seniors have availed of scholarships and they also guide us to study well. I did an internship with Teachnook for 2 months with the college's NOC, they provided me with 6000 stipend per month.

Campus Life :

During covid social life was dull, but after covid, I was part of all the fests that took place in the college. The freshers party, annual day, sports fest, bis trip, bis event, EVS club. I was the head coordinator of all the events. All these events took place from September to December month. The library is open to everyone provided with 2 cards from which we can avail 4 books from the book hub of the library. The research papers are also transparent to college students. The classrooms are the best with all the required facilities. I was the best athlete in University events with 4 medals, due to the support of the college faculty. Paradox is the dance society famous in the whole university. We have our own Instagram page of the college.

Admission :

I gave the JEE(Joint Entrance Exam)-Mains. My NTA Score was 70. I am from the General category, the cut-off for JEE-advance was around 90. I was not qualified for the advanced exam, so I started applying for various courses at different colleges, So, I filled out the online application for GGSIPU, which accepts engineering students on the basis of the JEE-MAINS exam. So on the basis of my Rank- which was around 3 lakh, I got admission to HMRITM college after the Spot round, I later took admission and paid the required fees. I was admitted on 6 December 2023.

Other Applied Colleges

Placement Experience:

Placements at DTU are good, even in core branches, but students must have the necessary skills. At DTU, over 300 companies visit, offering decent packages. The highest packages can reach crores (of course, these are international packages). Some students also prefer to pursue master's degrees or MBAs after their degree. From the third year, students are eligible for on-campus internship opportunities, and in the fourth year, they are eligible for placements. It is definitely beneficial, but you must have skills and knowledge of your subjects. Strong communication skills are also essential.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to learn coding and that's why i chose btech in computer science at igdtuw. the curriculum is not designed from the perspective of preparing you for real-world application, instead it solely depends on what should be taught at a university based on the branch. the area of improvement could be removing the unrelated subjects in the first year of engineering because no one actually learns anything from that and instead, there should be related subjects. exams are held twice a semester, making it four times a year

Students become eligible for campus placements in 6th semester . Many big companies visit the college and there are very big offers each year and even offers upto 1.5cr have been made . The average package for CSE is 18 lpa and almost all CSE students that opt for placement get placed . My plan is to pursue higher education after degree.

From the 5th semester, you are eligible to get an internship opportunity through campus. Big tech giants like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon come every year in our colleges. The highest international package is around 1crore+. 65-70% of college students are able to get placed

The college is known for its placements, it has great placement opportunities. The companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Atlassian, Uber, Walmart, Wipro, and many more visits the college for placements and offers more than 30 lacks package. The highest package offered to a student was 59. 45 lacks in the year 2021 and the average salary package was 19.15 lacks , the highest package was Google. The college provides internship opportunities as well and it gets started from the beginning of 3 Rd year of students, students in their 2 nd year also got internship opportunities. so almost all students get placed and if someone still does not get any placement so they have the opportunity to do higher study in Mtech. The college provides higher study options to students, this includes Mtech and Ph.D. courses and many more. So you can go to this college.

From the end of the 4th sem and starting of the 5th sem students can get internships easily they are eligible for placement just after the 3rd year many students get placement in the same companies they are interning in. Many companies visit the campus to take interviews n every year and give many offers to the students. The last highest offer was around 1.2 crores Nd average is around 25-30lakhs. College claims 100% of students get placed but the reality is actually around 90% get placement actually others. My plans after getting the degree will be to become the richest person in my family then in the world.

From 3rd year students are eligible for campus placements. Major companies include Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Swiggy, Sprinkler, Blackstone etc. A few years back,8 students from NSUT got a staggering package of 1.25 Crore from Google. The average package for tech branches is around 17-18 lakhs per annum. In tech branches, it has a humbling record of 100 percent placements approximately. As of now, I'll like to do my master from abroad after completing BTech from NSUT
