Campus life and placements in NIT AGARTALA

I have choosen mathematics and computing because this is very demanded in abroad. And also research facility are like world class in my college. In my branch student and teacher ratio is 21:1 . And also teachers are PHD holders and very supportive. All faculties are PHD holder from IIT and renowned foreign university. Our mid term and end term exam occurs very timely and very difficult.

Microsoft recently come to our college and select many students for internship and also give very good stipend. Also there are many psu's visiting our campus like ONGC, BHEL etc. These all are unoaid.

From the 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placement. More than 150 companies visited our campus for placement and also approx 80percent students get their job. Companies visiting our campus are Microsoft, L&T, TCS etc. My plant after getting degree is I will go for research.

Our fee is very less like per semester it is only 7500rs and if we add all charges then it is only 21000 . And also loan facilities are available in our college for fee payment. Many scholarships are available in our college that are government and private by corporate sector like reliance foundation, mahindra etc. And also very good stipend available internship which is 30k-50k

MOKSHA is our annual fest. And this is best in north-east after IIT GUWAHATI, our college support very much for our event. Also there are many program organised in our cultural fest. Many bollywood stars perform in our cultural fest. In our library almost 30000+ books are available and also our library is world class not fully A/C but good. And if we talk about sports then that is like world class facility available here and name of our sports Complex is ABP SPORTS COMPLEX, and a very big basketball court and badminton court available with well equipped gym. Many clubs are run by student like we can, anarch, e-cell etc.

Our room is very small with two beds , one table and one chair, one almirah. Our mess food is very good but sometimes like okay okay. Our hostel registration process is fully automatic and it is done by students it self.

Eligibility of course is Jee main You can fill out the form online I have availed SC reservation of 10percent I want one improvement that counseling process should be more easy and also cheaper right now it is 43000rs it should be cheaper
