Remarks

We need to pass the jee mains exam conducted by the national testing agency. You can find the application form, application dates, and application fees on the National Testing Agency website. Yes, there are some seats reserved for SC, ST, and OBC students.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose computer science and engineering because I have a great interest in coding and programming and I want to develop my career in this field. I think faculty to faculty-to-student ratio here is 1:30. Most of the faculties are Ph.D. degree holders. We need to take two exams in one semester and the difficulty level.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 274000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Placements were descent till last year, around seventy percent of students were placed last year. This year's placement is not that good compared to the last year because of the recession. Amazon, Nvidia, Oracle, Deloitte, and much more company comes with placement offers.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees gradually increase year by year. It is a little more expensive than NITS and IITS. Scholarship is provided to specific category students only and other students need to rely on state government or central government scholarship schemes.

Campus Life

The annual fest that takes place every year in IIIT Dharwad is IIIT HABBA and the tech fest is also organized by the college authorities every year. There are books available for coursework in the library. There is a court for basketball and badminton and a ground for cricket and football.

Hostel Facilities

A hostel is provided to students by the college authority and almost all the students reside in the hostel. Generally, four students share one room which is large enough to accommodate four students. The meal is good.

Placement Experience:

Student become eligible for campus selection in their third semester like I in the sector semester will have someone internships where students will get to know about the industry they will work for many companies in internship and then they will be eligible for the interviews in the 4th year itself like the last two semesters the companies visitor in BMS College of engineering Amazon Google Microsoft and top companies all that all the most top companies because the strength of VMS College of engineering + killed students are very high percentage of students getting placed is like 7030 as in the 30% many of them of 2 highest teddy and some of them do research and other stuff so I would say 70% of them get placed and 30% of them do highest studies place do business and other stuff like star startups mostly I also do higher studies in doing MBA or masters in other fields of interest if I get a good placement I will do job for 1 hour 2 years and then do highest studies

The college with good staff!!

Placement Experience:
