i like the peace fullnes of the college campus because of far palce.
we get good placement opportunity because of some faculty hard work.
Because of NSS we can celebrate culturle events

Dislikes

College is too far from any book store so we can't by any thing related to college because of that.
Food is to terible in hostel cantyne so we cant get any good food.
massbunk is big problem in our college students don't like coming college in summer.

Course Curriculum Overview

We have 20 faculty members in our department. Some are very friendly and some are very strict but we somehow manage it. in one lecture we had more than 120 students and the seating arrangement was not very good. Most faculties have done their master's in their selected fields. we have 1 or some time to midsem exam and it's upone us how we want to score on our hard work.

Internships Opportunities

I don't have any experience in the internship because I'm in the 5th sem but we can say that we have a good opportunity in the internship because of the faculty's hard work. we took some advice from seniors that an internship is a good opportunity to get real-time experience.

Placement Experience

In our college, We have some faculty members who are very helpful to students related to placement. They help many of our seniors to get jobs. They personly request the HR to conduct interviews in our college because 60 % of students get Placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

My college fees are less compared to other colleges because it's a government college. we pay 4100 rupees for 1 year. But the big issue is that we pay for gym and library fees but they are not available. The library is open some time but books are too limited so everyone can not take them for some time. scholarships are available but the process is too lengthy.

Campus Life

As I mentioned before our college is far away from the main city so if we need anything we have to walk or use government or private transport. But because of that, our campus is a very peaceful place with no sound of traffic or anything. we have one playground but is not big, the second playground is not in good shape. we have big classrooms with projectors, also we have a computer lab and seminar hall. have every year a sports event and other festivals held by NSS.

Admission

I'm eligible for my course, my admission process is done through acpc which costs 1500 rupees. I didn't get any benefits. My college campus is located near the village. it is too far from the city and because of that any market or shop is not near my college.

Excellent college, don't waste your time just take the admission asap without any hesitation.

Placement Experience:

Placement of this college iss too good. When you come in 3rd you will be eligible for the placement drive. Companies like tcs, mnc, infoysis these are the come come in placement. Highest package of the university is 40 lpa and average placement is 8 lpa. 75% students got their dream job.

A real insight

Placement Experience:

The placements are really good, after the 6th sem students can opt-in for placements. tcs, motorola and other major local companies visited the campus. highest package was around 9 10 lpa and avg was around 3.1 lpa. almost all students got placed till the end of season and faculties personally help the students to get placed.

Remarks:

Overview of GEC Patan

I am from Surat and I wanted to get addmission in S.S. gandhey college, Surat but my rank was low for get addmission in surat. Through the ACPC councelling first I got addmission in GEC Dahod but I didn't like that college and in the second round I got addmission in GEC Patan.
