Faculties are very experienced, and talking about infrastructure so it's built on around 360 acres land and is very beautiful.
I liked BITS placement statistics. They are very good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I think CSE is one of the highest demanded branches so I chose it. The faculty-student ratio is low. Most of the faculties are PHD scholars and there are many foreign faculty as well. Exams are held almost every week due to the surprise test system but they are not very tough to pass one has to just attend lectures.

Class Size : 200Course Fees : INR 350000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

BITS is known for its internship opportunities. One gets an internship opportunity just after the second year and also after starting of fourth year with a very promising and attractive stipend. There are many PPOs well offered by great companies like Google, Microsoft etc.

Placement Experience :

Apart from the internship which is given after the second year, usually students get placement offers in the third year. Almost all big companies visit BITS Pilani whether it's Apple, Google, Uber, Microsoft, JP Morgan etc. The highest package was around 1.3 crores and the average of all branches was 18 lakh. Percentage placement is 71.83% if we talk about all branches.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are increased every year by a fixed percentage. BITS is known for its high fees. Internally students can get Merit as well as merit cum need scholarships and there are many external scholarships as well.

Campus Life :

BITS has a very very good campus life. There are three main fests Bosm which are held around September and it is a sports fest. Then Oasis ( Asia's second largest cultural fest) is held around October end and at last Apogee ( tech fest) is held in the second semester. The library is very big and you can find almost all course-related books as well as other books as well. Classrooms are well furnished and fully equipped. Sports are of great importance in BITS and there is a lot of competition to enter college teams. IN BITS almost all things are managed by students like all apps are made by students from timetables to payment apps to lecture apps ( yes it's true ). clubs are very active in BITS and to be in clubs is considered an achievement here.

Hostel Facilities :

We are given hostels.Usually 1st and 2nd yearites have double shared room and single room from 3rd year onwards. Room has one bed one almirah one shelf and study desk per student and it's big enough. Meal is very good and menu is decided by students only.Registraion process is simple and done on very first day only.

Hostel Fee : INR 54000 per year

Admission :

One has to appear for the BITSAT examination just like JEE in which you get a branch according to your score. Admission is also done by DASA and board toopers. One must have secured more than 75 per cent in 12 boards. There are no reservations in BITS. One can find the application form on the BITS site. BITSAT is a good exam but I want them to introduce a Percentile system like JEE mains.

"Inside LNMIIT" : A Comprehensive College Review

Placement Experience:

Placements here are good enough. A large number of registered students placed every year but last year due to recession insitute placements dropped down from around 95 percent to 70 percent, and this thing happened in every college even in IIT's. some students got placed but did not accepted the offer due to low CTC. and the average package was also dropped last year. Highest CTC offered was around 50 lpa and average CTC dropped down to 11 LPA from 15 LPA last to last year. There are various companies came to our college including Media.net, D.E. Shaw, BNY MELON, AMAZON, FLIPKART, EAGLEVIEW, ION GROUP, TEKION CORP, SCHLUMBERGER, HONDA CARS, DELOITTE, IBM and many more, number of offers made for 2024 batch was 330 as per the placement cell data. and from 7th semester students are eligible for the campus placements. My only plan is to get a decent placement in a tech company and no further study plans I have.

Good Placements and Social Life in College.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd and 4th years students can become eligible for placements. there are many companies visited in my college like infosys, wipro, tcs, tech, Microsoft, flipkart, accenture and all. 75% of students got placed. my plane is not only for getting degree my dream is to become a Software Engineer. Highest package is 45LPA and Average package is 10LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So basically btech is a 4 year course and there are 8 semester,2 sem for each year. As they need to provide 6 month for each sem according to our calculations but they'll only provide u 4 month for each sem which leads a mental disturbance for students coz there are so many exams in every month of the sem so this is hectic but the examination are not so hard and not so easy and also 75 percent attendance is mandatory for all to sit in exam

Placement Experience:

As earlier said there is a lot of upper hand in terms of placements if we compared it with other private institutions, BITJ has a very good placement cell especially made for Btech placements students starting from 6th sem onwards sitting in cell visited by many different companies with a lot different package. The average package of BitJ is about 900000, especially for the CSE branch and highest, go upto 30lac more depending on individual skills and qualities and about 80-90 % of students got placing every year and the rest go to higher studies n all.
