I choose this course because I love this course. This course is so easy and everyone can complete this course by studying hard. The college atmosphere is so good for the study purpose. The teachers are so friendly.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no campus job opportunity in College. College accepts the next semister fees after completing the previous exam and the course fees are so cheap that anyone can afford them. There are some government scholarships available in the college.

Campus Life

The campus life of Barrackpore RastraGuru Surendranath College is so good. Our campus is ragging-free. There is a cultural group in our college for social programs. There is a little library in our college.

Admission

The admission process was quite good and easy.4000 rupes are required to be admitted to the college. So many courses are available in the college. Students who score fifty percent in HS can be admitted to our college.

The course curriculum and faculty members are good. I chose this because English is my favourite subject.Also it you study English there are lots of opportunities present here. Student ratio is 100-120 student per department.There are 26 courses available The faculty is very standard.Teaching Method is very good because attendence is strictly followed by our college.One of the reasons teachers are committed to us .They try their level best to teach us in short time.There are projectors also used in our classes.Overall it is satisfactory. Every term exam happens in 6 months. It is very difficult to pass those exams.As our college is under VIDYASAGAR UNIVERSITY,so questions are set by them.Thats why exams are very difficult to pass.

I wanted to explore the CS stream from the beginning so I joined this program. The faculty: student ratio in BA is good and is around 1:7. All the teachers are well equipped and have complete knowledge of the subjects they are teaching. The exams were difficult as compared to the SPPU endsem exams, but that is expected from a college of such repute.
