Course Curriculum Overview :

I wanted to become an Engineer was my one of dreams from school but I didn't have any idea about the stream that should be chosen, I tried to understand and am likely to take the mechanical Engineering stream. Faculties are very positive and generous towards us, as we are the mechanical engineering branch the faculties are much more supportive and friendlier behavior with us. They are all professor Associates and they are yet to complete the PHD which is they pursuing. It seems the COVID time was miserable because of the online teaching and we were starting the core subjects of the stream so that time was difficult but then the offline started it became much easier.

Class Size : 20Course Fees : INR 40000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are provided without stipend CIPET which i was taken the internship that was a good one. Several projects are undertaken according to the situation to provide more reasonable answering yeah it was much.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

A fee hike is not needed to be considered such that at the time of admission, they give the fee structure that they still follow. I did not get them scholarships in the college. I got the NSP from the central government scholarship which was worth it.

Campus Life :

The Anual Fest and The Tech Fest which is worthwhile and the programs are awesome and cool. Due to Corona the annual conducted in our last year and the Secretary of the Arts club which we made it colorful. The Annual Day is likely to be conducted in April mid-time in the time being there will be also conducted the techfest in that week itself. There is a good library which is upto date according to the syllabus, Consists of upto 50000 books, magazines, articles, etc. In the classroom, good desks and chairs are provided. Sports time is also cool Branchwise sports are mainly undertaken there. Yeah, several clubs are active and the students are participating very actively.

Hostel Facilities :

There are individual beds, Chairs, and Desks provided Bathrooms are good. Then for washing clothes, suitable places are provided. According to the menu, the food is provided. Homely food is provided there. At the time of admission, we can take the registration for the Hostel also if needed we can afford the facility according to it.

Hostel Fee : INR 45000 per year

Admission :

KEAM score was the priority for eligibility. The application form and the fee structure are provided by the college at the time of admission. There are some opportunities as reservation categories like in terms of caste. and also there are some benefits according to our Marks obtained from the 12th Marks, It is given to the students as scholarships. No need there is not much improvement needed but slight changes are needed in the office in terms of manpower.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
