Course Curriculum Overview :
Because BSc agriculture has a huge scope in our country. The demand for Agriculture graduates will increase significantly. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:20. The faculty here is mostly Ph.D. research scholars from reputed research institutions in our country. The exam is conducted timely in Our college and these are easy to pass provided you have followed your professor's classes and lectures.
Placement Experience :
Campus placements for undergraduate courses are a bit less and packages offered are in the range of 2 lakhs to 3 lakhs. Most of the students go for higher studies like MSc in their fields like horticulture, entomology, etc.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fee of our college is a mere 14000 which is quite affordable. The college provides MMVY scholarship of mp govt. In which entire fees are waived off for the student having less than 6 lakhs annual income.
Campus Life :
The cultural fest is organized every year in January month in which various colleges participate in events like quiz, dance, memes, extempore, etc. The annual Sports complex is held every year for students to participate in field events and sports games like kabaddi, badminton, etc.
Admission :
The admission process for the BSc agriculture course is via MP Pat (pre-agriculture test) conducted by the MP govt. The exam is conducted in July and form filling starts in May. Eligibility for this course is 12th pass with science stream ( both math and bio students are eligible). Admission to JNKVV University is under the strict supervision of ICAR. Hence govt university reservation norms are present here. Overall the process is transparent but still takes time to get completed. The admission process should be expedited for the student's convenience.
