Course Curriculum Overview :

I'm from computer science course in 12th standard. I like the IT sector..so I chose this department. Faculty members are very good at teaching and their way of teaching is very good Faculty qualifications are just an engineering degree

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 90000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are that are not in the company's hands. Students should be more confident and should be more effective Skills and extra activities should be taught to students for internship opportunities

Placement Experience :

Placements are so good. starting package is 3.5 lakhs and the package is up to 12 lakhs per annum. Google Microsoft is cognizant and so many services and product companies are visiting our college.. my plan is to do a business on my own

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are the same for all four years. 90k for management students 75k for government quota Government scholarships are having more fee reduction More banks are providing educational loans at minimum interest

Campus Life :

On our college campus, there are many festival functions and celebrations conducted by the college management. Avatar .. college day. Nice day. Genesis.. and symposium Classrooms are amazing They give so many sports events

Admission :

Candidates should complete and pass in 12th standard. We can collect the application form from the college itself Reservation benefits reduce the fees up to 25k The application process should be more updated

Students starting placed from their last semester. Reputed companies gave an offer. Like tcs, Accenture, Infosys, etc. The highest package will be 60k and minimum 25k. 98% got placed before completing the degree. 55% above is the minimum for placement if you want to be placed in a high package of salary Job.

SASTRA College Life- An Amazing Experience

Admission:

I got the Admission in this college based on 12th marks and Jee main. i got Jee main score of 130 and 12th marks of 95%. so based on this they will ready a common Merit list and publish the All India ranks. based on your AIR , you will be called for counseling. You have to go to the SASTRA campus, on your allotted counselling date and time and Book the Branch of your choice. This is the Admission process

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Curriculum is really good it's on par with Bits and Nit syllabus. It's well designed to both suit the students needs and also equip them well with the basic fundamental concepts which can further strengthen their core concepts knowledge . moreover , the syllabus is designed in such a way that it covers 85% of gate exam syllabus. so we can also appear for gate exam immediately after completing our course. The Exam structure is based on conceptual learning. one has to be well equipped with concepts in order to pass in the exams. We must not mug up at any point of time as SASTRA exams will test your concepts rather than ur memory capacity. It will have 3 Cia exams out of which the best 2 exam scores will be considered for internal assessment and then followed by final semester examination which consists of 100 marks out of which 50 will be considered for overall grading. This is the exam structure
