Course Curriculum Overview :

I have chosen computer science engineering because of its emerging industrial nature and also because the faculties are well qualified Some of them are also from IIT and the nature of are faculties towards children is also good. Exams were held monthly and you have to be well prepared to pass through them

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 130000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internships in the college were available but their quality can not be considered up to the mark you have to be aware of such opportunities off campus also as college is not always available for such beneficial things.

Placement Experience :

Placement is the key place where college lags behind because there are not so many companies visiting college yes they visit but the ratio of students being placed is still less. Average package js somewhat between 3.5 - 4 LPA. Students have to look for off-campus opportunities also but besides all placement cell is available and seems to be active often.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are a bit high we can say as compared to other courses and scholarships are available like government scholarships and also for girl students. The college itself provides information about scholarships if any are available

Campus Life :

College life is good there is a lot to do in core as a big campus has much free space where you can spend quality time with your friends, the central library is huge and thousands of books from all fields are available and the college organizes various fests and also the yearly cultural fest ZION is also cool stuff to experience. Sports activities are their but not so important considered by the college. A lot of clubs like praharsh and other clubs for social well-being are also there.

Admission :

My admission is on 12th marks merit only and the admission process is also really simple and admission cell in the college helps through all the formalities. Application form is available on the college site and you can also visit for the same.

Many talented students got 50 lpa and above from top companies. ( MANG).

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for Placement is semester 7 and 8 which is 4th year. A number of companies visit the campus including HCL foundation, ICICI Bank, Mother Dairy, Godrej agrovet Ltd. Etc. I myself am thinking of going into research field so i'll have to do further studies in the same field.

The placement shows quantity but not quality, in my batch 60-70% students were placed with a highest package of 5lakh per annum and minimum package of 2.4 lakh. As per fees of college the average package seems low.

This college has quite good placements for CS students. The average package of the college is 7 lpa which is quite decent. Last year the highest package offered was of 68 lpa at Palo Alto. Remarks:

I chose this college women institute of technology which is in Dehradun because it is the only government College which is for girls and it gives them technical knowledge. The college is funded by many government schemes which are very beneficial for us. We have different seminars winners from course in other things also to increase our soft skills as well as other skills. Hair in my 4 year experience I have learnt a lot a lot of things. We get free coaching for MTech i.e GATE classes and other employability training programs and that too free of cost.
