Canteen is on the outskirts and also not a good canteen.
We are not allowed to freely rome in the corridor.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My course is excellent for having the knowledge in accounts, markets, finance etc. Faculty members of my college of B.COM Honours are really good. They teach us so well. They are skilled, trained and talented.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 25600 per year

Internships Opportunities :

One of the multinational companies Deloitte has visited our college for the selection of campus placement. They conducted the quiz and has given Deliotte brand sippers to the winners. They told the whole process and examination details to students.

Placement Experience :

The campus placement of my college is good. As Multinational Companies like Deloitte have visited our college for the selection of students and elaborated the processes for campus placement. Semester 4 students of my college are eligible for this campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid :

This college has arranged many skill enhancement and development programmes having the guidance of highly qualified and dignified professors. This college is affordable for students belonging to average-class families.

Campus Life :

This college has arranged many programmes under different types of clubs formed like social group club, cultural society, dance society etc. The campus is fine, not so good as we don't have many facilities like a good canteen etc.

Hostel Facilities :

I stay in a PG having normal facilities. Its rent accommodation is 12000 per month which is costly for an average life living students. We don't have any menu but the meal quality is good. I have one single small-sized bed, and one almirah in my room.

Hostel Fee : INR 150000 per year

Admission :

I filled out the application form for B.COM Honours in this college after I got 95% in my 12th examination. I got merit listed. Then I paid the required admission fees and took admitted to this college in B.COM Accounts Honours.

A Deep Dive into Campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen my specific course (Bcom) because it is more of a comfortable course for me and it's easy for me to understand the course more easily and effectively. Although the curriculum is strong in commerce subject AI, Data analysis, Fintech. These types of emerging technology could also be enhanced. The frequency and timing of the exams are very friendly to students because they get a longer period of time to complete their syllabus and the difficulty level is pretty good as it comes under Calcutta University.

Choose wisely

Placement Experience:

The college placements are low just like other colleges the might have chance if he /she scored good marks in every semester exams and have good skill in their streams .As I told before that I might do MBA after my B.com. The 30% to 40% students are placed by the college . The packages offered to students are between 45000 to 60000 per month.

Review for GCCBA in the best way possible

Placement Experience:

On passing 5th semester, the students of Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration are eligible for campus placement offers. The campus reach out college during our sixth semester to interview us. After passing sixth semester we can proceed with the jobs in case we qualify. All the Big 4s viz EY, Deloitte, PwC and KPMG including with MNCs reach our college for campus placement opportunities. They definitely select students each year. The highest package offered till date is 10 lakhs with a associate profile. The average package is 3 laks. The percentage of students getting placement offer is between 5% to 10 %. My plan after the BCOM course is becoming a successful Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant.
