There's no proper facility to play cricket.
The nearby area of college is not so developed so we've to everytime to Raebareli to get our things

Course Curriculum Overview :

The main reason to choose this course was the placement opportunities of RGIPT in the energy sector. There are enough faculty for a batch of 60 students so no need to worry about that. Almost all the faculty of done their PhD either from IITs or from foreign universities, they all are highly educated as well as they teach very well. The exams are conducted regularly and on time with proper gaps. If you study then you'll get good marks and only those who don't pay attention in classes fail in exams.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 226600 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Since I've not got any internship till now I can't tell about internships. But what I have seen of my seniors, this year Mercedes came to provide an internship. Other than that almost everyone gets an internship in PSUs.

Placement Experience :

The companies start giving placements to students right from the beginning of the 7th semester. Oil PSUs come to the campus for placement as well as private companies like JSW, and L&T also came for placement. The highest package offered was 24lpa whereas the lowest was 6lpa.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is quite similar to that of any IIT And when compared to the placement we get here, the fees are worth it. For students with poor financial backgrounds, educational loans are also available. RGIPT has a partnership with some banks which provides loans to their students.

Campus Life :

RGIPT has a central Library which covers all the books which you will require in your 4 years of B tech. And not only academics related, but there are also novels and other types of books. The classroom is well-equipped with projectors and is fully AC. The sports facilities are very good, especially for Basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, table tennis etc.

Hostel Facilities :

The food provided in the mess is very tasty as well as hygienic. Every student is provided with a room shared with another person. In that room, you get a study table, a chair, a bed and a cupboard. Hostel registration is done at the same time as registering for the course.

Hostel Fee : INR 10000 per year

Admission :

The admission was based on JEE advanced rank and if seats remain vacant then they are filled through JEE mains. The application form is available on the official website of the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of petroleum technology. Application date usually starts just after the day of JEE advanced and the application fee currently is rupees 1,416.

The Campus life

Placement Experience:

Placement of the college is decent highest package was 30 lac per annum and average is 6-7 lac per annum....From 6th semester u are eligible for the campus placements.... companies that visited are- IBM, TCS,etc I just don't remember now there are many... percent of students getting placements are near about 80% i guess

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good in my college. From the 7th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Mahindra etc do visit my college. Best college for developing startup skills

Remarks:

The best part of this college is that it has an incubation centre which is governed by the DST government of India to promote new innovative ideas and mould the incubator to start there startup and became an entrepreneur.

Entrance Preview:
