Not worth it at all

Remarks :

Overall the college is just a fine or a below-average institution to be very honest. Though the campus in which the college is located is a little beautiful but the college won't give you ample opportunities for the growth and one might end up regretting his/her decision at the end of the five years.

Entrance Preview :

I got in through my NATA score. The college would give you admission even if you just pass the NATA exam that is score 80. Though I have also seen people getting in at score of 70/200.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is really good and requires a lot of passion towards the fulfillment of the course since you would have to face a really hectic schedule and also go through many hardships, but if you have love for architecture and passion towards it, you will have plenty of opportunities to succeed.

Internships Opportunities :

No, the college does not provide you with internships. Neither does the college help you out with gaining any opportunities for the internships. All you have to do is to look out for internships by yourself after making a portfolio.

Placement Experience :

As I said college does not provide you with any internship or job opportunity. No companies or architecture firms visit the college for placement and mostly students have to land up somewhere or the other by themselves, and that's it. Though an internship time period is given in the college just like every other architecture college.

College Events :

The college does not boast of holding many events and neither does it send many people to any major architectural competitions which is a point lacking in the college in order to give exposure to the students. Site visits, occasional batch trip, freshers and culturals are the only festivals or events held in the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

I guess the fee structure is overall expensive as the tuition fee for the year is Rs. 1,00,000 at the current stage and also the hostel fee is also a bit expensive. The fees seems to be expensive due to the fact that there are almost everyday expenses on the stationery items outside the college which involve a hefty amount of money thereby making the fee expensive. Also, the college does not give as many facilities as one would expect after giving the fees.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, there is no such loan or scholarship facility offered by the college and i never heard about anyone availing any kind of scholarship at the organisation or institute.

Campus Life :

The gender ratio is a bit more inclined towards the girls side as the no. of girls in the college is more than the boys no. Also, the college does not hold any such competition or fest as such. The diversity exists on the campus though the major crowd in the college is from Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities are okayish. The social life in the hostel is good in the sense that you get to meet a lot many people belonging to different courses, but you would have to stay out in pg or flat after a particular time. The mess food is not upto the mark as mostly the food involves marathi food, so that is not nice for the variety of crowd present.

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni of the college is really helpful, though to be very honest the college's alumni is still in the struggling phase as I have not yet met any person who has been doing too good in the field after graduating from this college.

Exam Structure :

The exam structure is overall nice with a mixed blend of both practical and theory exams. The college follows the CBCS 2010 exam type with examiners coming from outside to evaluate the scores and also the internal examiners giving the grades as well. The day gets hectic with all the design and theory classes and so many assignments to complete.

Admission :

One needs to fill up the application form of the university. You will be called for the counselling procedure after once you have filled up the form. The NATA scores have to be declared before the counselling procedure to begin.Once the NATA scores are declared, you will be called for the counselling, wherein your seat will be mostly confirmed because not many student appear for the counselling.

Faculty :

The faculty is divided into types. One which includes the internal or the permanent faculty of the college, and the second one being the visiting faculty of the college. The faculty is overall fine, maybe you can say it is the only good thing that exists in the college.

The campus provides placements for 5th-year and 3rd-year ID students. There are about 10-15 companies that come for placements. The average package of the company would be roughly 2,50,000 to 3,00,000.

Placement Experience:

campus placement is generally eligible in the last year. for architecture, the term campus placement is not fitting in this college. there is only a single company taking students from here in the name of campus placement. the intake is less than 5 students out of 80. more students go for starting a firm by their own or do post-graduation. i think ill do the post graduation after my degree.

Admission:

Admissions into any architectural university nowadays are purely through NATA. This university doesn't choose to differ as well. The minimum marks to be scored in boards is 50% with PCM as the stream. The candidate has to apply online and pay the fee online too.

Placement Experience:

There are very little/no placements as of now. But the student can take up internship programs if he/she is interested with stipend. The college doesn't provide them stipend. The college however grooms us well to face situations like placements.

Admission:

I wrote JEE mains and NATA as I was very determined in getting into architecture someway or the other. Luckily I got into B.Arch at TSAP with my NATA score and Board score cumulative. One has to score a minimum of 50% in his/her boards. The NATA and JEE mains cut off varies from year to year.

Placement Experience:

Placement training at TSAP is excellent, we have frequent workshops, the institute even takes up live projects where students could lend a hand. Most of them do their post-graduation and the rest of them get placed in firms for experiencing a job.
