Course Curriculum Overview :
The course structure and syllabus it covers are what I was always interested in learning and Bharati Vidyapeeth is the best college in India for sustainable architecture. Faculty: student ratio is about 1:5, and all the faculties are very experienced and supportive.
Internships Opportunities :
Environmental Firms like VKE, sprout as well as other architecture firms also NGOs working in environmental sustainability offer internships with stipends. Green building certification works are given.
Placement Experience :
VKE, sprout, and Shashwat is the firms which provide placement for the course. About 90 per cent of students get placed in the firms recommended by the college. This firm works in environmental sustainability.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees are moderate compared to other colleges and courses. But exam fees are quite high and hike as per the semester and backlog. Concessions are given for GATE exam qualifiers and if there is any issue students are allowed to pay the fees in instalments.
Campus Life :
The campus is good and very relaxing with all the facilities. The library is also well-equipped with many books and journals. Many extracurricular activities are supported and hosted by the college. There is an Instagram page run by students and faculty updating about various competitions and activities.
Admission :
As I was interested in pursuing sustainable architecture, I got all the information about course structure and how to apply for the course on the Bharati Vidyapeeth website. There was an entrance exam for admission. The website provides almost provides all the information regarding the exam and its syllabus. The admission process was also smooth as the staff was very supportive.
