Course Curriculum Overview :

I was fond of ample learning prospects, which further made me understand the aspects of mass communication and how the course deals with the significant areas of learning, which further comprises radio, television, editing software, advertising, and other subjects. I found Chitkara to be the ideal college for pursuing my further studies as the subjects and curriculum was distinctive yet the best. It was simplified and aligned with the current market requisites. The faculty professional here are well-versed in the domain and guide you in the best possible manner.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure was the same since I joined the course. Although there are certain scholarships and financial aid options that you can opt from. It is best to contact a counselor listed on the official website.

Campus Life :

Life at Chitkara is best in all aspects, including infrastructure, educational equipment, and frequent activities and get together. I would personally recommend opting for the hostel as the food and all other amenities are top-notch.

Admission :

The course eligibility requires candidates to acquire a minimum of 50% in their overall 12th results. After filling out the application form, you are required to sit for an interview which basically comprises the current affairs and general introduction part. The next step comes as documentation.

Placement Experience:

LPU has a good campus placement policy in which the students become engrossed from the seventh semester. Many of the biggest IT organizations such as Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini and thousands of other offers are made during the visits. The maximum salary offered has been 3 crore [ctc] per annum and is averaging around 6-7 lakh per annum. It is notable that 90% of students get placements depending on the program that they take or choose to study.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The duration of our course bachelors in mass communication and journalism is quite short. It is a span of three years, but the course is getting much faster along with our exams as two MST fall every semester and one ETT at the end of every semester

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course of journalism and mass communication because since from like childhood whenever I saw news anchors on tv I also thought that I would also be one of them and there way of speaking and handling all the things really motivated me to opt this course and when I entered in this course I got to know all the things about the world of journalism and media . How things actually works. Got to meet my idols of the industry. I feel this thing that choosing this course was my best decision of my life . Because this gave wings to my all the dreams . I think that the subjects are very much good and easy for everyone to study who want to pursue journalism. Teachers should gave some practical knowledge to the students. The timing of the exam is accurate and ok and the difficulty level is also not much like it is which any student can do who have some basic knowledge and information of journalism

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester you become eligible for your campus placements and also for the diney programs in which you can go on your 4th semester if you are selected for that. Atleast 90 percent of students are placed in good platforms of media. My plan is not confirmed but lets see as i arise interest in a particular field.
