Modern College of Law, Ghaziabad was established in 2003 under the aegis of Ganesh Shiksha Samiti. The college is situated in a sprawling campus at Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad. It is very well connected by road and Train. The College has dedicated itself to search out the young men of substance and shape in their abilities to take on the challenge ahead of them, at a global level. The main objective of the college is to develop awareness about the role of education in building up a democratic, secular and socialistic pattern of society, to provide educational and Personality Development for preparing worthy citizens of tomorrow and to create an enabling environment for holistic development of students through academic, extra-curricular and socially meaningful activities. Admission:
There is no need to appear in any entrance exam, you just have to go there and take admission as per the process, seats are limited. The eligibility is that you must have a degree of graduation from a recognised university in any field.

- The college has the best law faculty. The teachers have really good knowledge of various laws and are always there to help the students no matter how many times they want to get their doubts cleared.
- The college uses different teaching methods to make the sessions interesting for the students. They also conduct internal exams and give assignments and give a detailed feedback on how to do better after evaluation.
Admission:
You need to be a graduate for getting admission to LL.B. I directly contacted the college for my admission and was provided the admissions form after visiting the college. It was followed by an interview with the Law faculty. Application fees are rupees 2000, and a notification is released by the college whenever the admissions are open.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course shall extend to Five Academic Years comprising of Ten Semesters. The exams are held semester wise. We have half yearly and annually exams. Every semester we study different subjects. there are all total six subject in one semester.

The course program is similarly circulated in three years with mock court meetings, temporary jobs, and study hall examines. The structure incorporates inside assessments, assignments, visitor addresses, mock preliminaries, introductions, and that's just the beginning.

The course curriculum is equally distributed in three years with mock court sessions, internships, and classroom studies. The structure includes internal examinations, assignments, guest lectures, mock trials, presentations, and more.

There are 2 major exams conducted per semester. The mid term or the mid sem and the end sem exam. The mid sem is of 20 marks and the end sem is of 50 Marks. The total Mark's fir each semester is 100. The rest 30 Mark's are for vivas, projects and presentations taken at regular intervals.
Admission:
The Management was good. Have enjoyed the way of teacing they implimented. Faculties are very cooperative as alike family, At Last can said that if you are in MCL you are in Good Hands.
