Remarks :

It's a great institution and at times it's my pride to. Hope the legacy will be continued. Had under gone a drastic improvement under the ex VC Prof.

Entrance Preview :

Tezu Entrance Test and wanted to study environment and ecology.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum then was diversified as required but more inclined towards agricultural effects on environment then others. Although most of the aspects of the curriculum is been taken from most of the premier institute accompanying local and regional Issues together.

Placement Experience :

It was pathetic then and I am sure it's the same now. As course is focused on Science therefore placement is not very much feasible. Mostly people go for research. And people from my batch went on to do PhD and post doc from institute of great reputation like IITs or iisc

College Events :

Varsity Week: It's a yearly celebration in the university and have included all the aspects starting from Arts to sports. And end with a grand cultural night. Freshmen Social: Welcome treat for new batch TechXetra(Assamese:is the National Level Annual Technical Festival of Tezpur University, India. Major events‎: ‎Robotics, Workshops, D'Colloseum, Nirmaan, Full Throttle‎

Campus Life :

campus life is a great and cool as it can be, gender ratio is almost equal and diversity of students can be seen. extracurricular activities are taken care of and have many clubs for that matter for, labs, sports, competitions such as robotics, debates etc.

Hostel Facilities :

It is great. I would rate it 7 out of 10. Hostel are equipment will all the modern day amenities and a place where one can learn a lot part from study

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network is there but need more strong relationship between us. Need some improvement on the same. although there is a alumni cell exist in the university but it's hardly visible at least for me.

Exam Structure :

It's a semester based system. With many tests and term papers and assignments. final year project is very important and teaches us about research and about writing research papers on it
