Course Curriculum Overview :
Acharya is known for its stunning infrastructure and great shooting spot. If you look into the academic section, it depends on different departments. I am studying ISE, where the facilities have a fine impart of knowledge. Other departments like Mechanical, E&E, BT, and Mechatronics are average on the teaching scale. There is scope for extra-curricular activities but not on large scale. And the most important 'Acharya Habba', a very lavishly celebrated college fest.
Internships Opportunities :
Coming to internship placements all core companies will visit good for CS/IS students. Overall I would rate acharya 4/5. Infosys and Wipro are the main companies that offer internships. Other companies like Mahindra TATA.
Placement Experience :
In terms of placement, mostly IT companies come, and very few for mechanical. I don't know about other branches. But most companies allow all the departments. CSE And ISE will have good placement every year.
Fees and Financial Aid :
If you see the college fee structure and hostel feels, it is quite high as compared to other private colleges. But the higher management is quite friendly, so they will help the students if required. the college provides many other amenities to the students and also the fee for my course is around 35000 per annum.
Campus Life :
In terms of infrastructure, it has got really great one. It has got one of the best college fests in Bangalore, Acharya Habba. They even support sports and other activities. The dance club is available on the main campus.
Admission :
I took admission through KCET. The application form will available online. Reservation benefits are like the fee of the course will reduce. Admission through KCET or JEE or any other exam is better than management.
