Course Curriculum Overview
I had Interested in Mathematics and my AIR also was good enough to get into this course. the Faculty: student ratio is ok. Though most of the classes will have around 200 students. The Teaching faculty is very highly trained and has done award-winning research in various fields. Exams are of a good level and the competition is very high but as long as you keep up with the course, you will be fine.
Placement Experience
placements are one of the best in the country. Google, Microsoft, Jane street, Optiver, NK securities, etc, are some of the countries that place offers on the campus. highest package this year was 2 cr. and the average was also 10 lakh. Most students get placement. a stable job.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are numerous scholarships for students whose financial condition is not so strong. Even the fees are divided into 3 different sections depending on your family income. I personally didn't avail of any scholarship.
Campus Life
social life is very good. The social fest Rendezvous is one of the largest college fests in India. Libraries are well equipped with many books. Classrooms are very big and modern-day technologies are used to teach. A lot of sports facilities are available along with coaching.
Admission
To get into dual degree courses in Mathematics and computing at IIT Delhi, you need to get an AIR 300 - 400 in JEE Advanced. Application forms can be found on Jee advanced website, the application fee is 1400, and application dates can also be found on the website https://jeeadv.ac.in Reservation can get you the same seat with a lower AIR. The admission process is fine.
