Course Curriculum Overview :

All the Full Time PGDM programs consist of six Terms, three of each academic year. After completion of the first year of the program, all students are required to undertake a Summer Internship Project (SIP) of 8-10 weeks. The student is required to study 21 core courses a first year and Second-year students need to opt for electives in addition to their compulsory courses. Each course is evaluated for 100 marks (Internal Assessment 60 marks and End Term Examination 40 marks). Students are required to Secure a minimum of 50% in the Internal and End Term exam to pass a course. The faculty of our college is pretty decent. Most of them hold Ph.D. and are from decent colleges with relevance industry and teaching experience. The Overall faculty and student ratio is 1:10.

A stipend for an Internship varies from 0- 100000 based on the skill, prior education, and work experience of the Candidate. 90 % of students got their Summer placement from the college itself. Life at LBSIM is a bit hectic and exciting. The campus is Student-driven which gives a fair opportunity for the candidate to learn. TATVA the annual fest of LBSIM organized in the month of Feb. there are multiple academic and non-academic clubs in LBSIM that organized multiple events each month. The classroom is well-equipped with technology and comfort. They have no ground on campus but there is table tennis, Badminton, and GYM facility available in Institute.

Hostel Facilities :

The Hostel is a 2-3 Km distance from Institute and its compulsory for first-year students to take the hostel. The food in the hostel is quite good and the menu is decided based on the decision of the students. Each room in the hostel is equipped with AC and wifi. Placement Experience:

Placement of the colleges is very nice after the internship gap after that we have semester 3 and while we are in semester 3 the companies start approaching us domain wise so if one is into marketing they will have so many options and is there into operations we have very few companies so it's a thing in the college but if you are someone who isn't place the college will take care all though they provide enough companies like in internship in my batch we had around 40 companies and I feel like in the placement they also help a lot

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a MBA student. I wanted to do it for my own father's company. But I've faced a lot of issues in my 1 sem. Also i would like to tell about the teacher of QT because of her i got a back in my exams. Improvements are surely required because most of the students fail in QT. I've asked from my seniors too there is no management for this subject. Also the exam level was high because we didn't knew what even the syllabus was

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for final placements in third semester and summer placements in the first semester itself. We have many big names here in the campus JP Morgan Chase and Co, Morgan Stanley, AON, ICICI Bank, Atomberg, Hindalco, Deloitte, KPIT, Samsung, etc. Almost all the students get placed here. I'd the percentage is above 90. The highest placement offered was 26LAC+ and the average stood at 14lacs. I am currently intern at a company via the college placements and am working towards getting a PPO. If I get one, I plan on staying in the same company.

Placement Experience:

College offers its students placements which makes them give a loud shout-out. Although the placement process is hair-raising, the results are out of the league when compared to the rest of B-schools. Please check the placement report in detail from our website, because my words won't be able to do justice to the results we have.

Remarks:

My experience with the USMS IPU institute was pretty exceptional. I would definitely recommend this institute for whosoever is looking to pursue a master's degree in the region. Admissions are on the basis of the entrance exam organized by the university, itself. Infrastructure is world-class and everyone is pretty supportive here.
