college management is very excellent and very cooperative with regard of any type of issues for the poarticular student

Entrance Preview :

i have felt very excellent experience in the culinary academy of india and this is one of the world top 10 culinary colleges in theis very experienced in hospitality industry and the college infrastructure is very good and campus placements are hundred percent in this college world and the faculty and the sports meet in this college will be held

Course Curriculum Overview :

Yes the course is very well structured for Culinary arts .I am trained into Hot kitchen that is cruise galley.In this course they train us in making different line foods as per the cruise menu where we have to plate at least 3000 platings at a time which has soup main course apprtize salads and dessertts

Internships Opportunities :

actually college will noit provide any stipend or any type of schloarrships the btelangana government will provide schloarships for only telangana residue students

Placement Experience :

Good all the five star hotels and branded cruise lines will come to the campus for placement every year.There are few crusie lines line costa cruise lines,Princess cruise lines ,P& o australia,MSC cruise lines and few reputed hotels like marriot,taj and oberoi

College Events :

There are many events like the culinary competions,cultural shows and other events like association of catering professionals and the sports meet will be held and the distribution of prizes will be held by the executive chefs of the different five star properties and regional coucellors and member of legislative assembly

Fee Structure And Facilities :

the fee structure is normal when compared to other culinary colleges and the 35 percent can be claimed as scholorship as per the reservation category.The fee will be app one lakh per year wich includes books,uniform,journals,kine kits and lunch will be provided also the culinary competion fess will be included

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholoraship is provided by the telagana government based on the reservation of their respective castes

Campus Life :

extra curricular competitions will be held on the different times and the nbspoorts meet will be held once in a year and the prize distribution is also held by the regional councellors and the college principal and the director of association of catering professionals

Hostel Facilities :

Hoste is very good recently cai has a new hostelBut the hostel is for boys with allthe morden facilities and there is 40 bed hostel with a warden and 24 hours water but lunch,dinner and breakfast is not provided it has to be taken care by the students themselves the hostel fees is yearly 38 thousand

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

the college premises is under total electronic cctv survillence and the more care is taken with regarding each and every individual and the ragging is strictly prohibited in the college

Exam Structure :

Exams will be conded by the college theory and both practicles and theory will be conducted by the colege and these exams are theory and practicles the theory exams will be on line and written.And practicle exams will be individual where the candidtae will be evaluved indivadually aslo there will be bulk cooking

Admission :

i have got admission in this institute by the internet search and and rating of the college in the internet is top that is why i have selected this as my choice and very experienced faculties in the college and also we can take admission directly from carnival cruise support services mumbai .There will be a admission notification where you can get admission where the student is selected and given training in the respective cruise campus .I got selected in Culinary Academy of India.

Faculty :

Excellent.They not only train you in theory classes but practicles as well there will be regirios training for this course weher you will work at least 12 to 14 hrs,Most of the sylayybus is practicles and the rest will be theory classes and the college faculty is veryexperienced in the hospitality industry from many years and they have lot of experience
