Remarks

Entrance is the eligibility of the course . Got the admission through KEAM entrance. We can find application in cee official site. Got the reservation seat because of OBC. The admission process is quiet easy.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose B-Tech to be a mechanical engineer. The teaching methode of teachers of this college is good. The internal exams happens 2 times in each semester. And internal exam is normal difficult to pass.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 8650 per year

The total number of 33 internships occurred in 2021. Companies named Bajaj energy, Alstom, Apco, Mytrah, Dilip buildcone ltd, IQVIA, Adhunik power were the companies came in 2021.Bajaj energy came 8 times for internship in 2021.

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for placement. I expect to get placement from the college. The college placement from companies like HCL, Unisys, etc. 338 placements offers came in 2021. I expect to get placement after 4 years.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for this course per year is 8650 Rupees. There are many scholarships there like e-Grantz, mcm, etc. And there is a variety of scholarships for financially backward students. There is a placement of an average of 300 packages per year.

Campus Life

Tech fest named Dyuksha. It happens per year. The campus life is good. There are many clubs. And extracurricular activities. There is a club named 'Thoolika'.The NSS group is there. Football matches occur there.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is totally good. Hostel fee around 5k per month. Registration in the time of college admission. Taste of food is average. Food at night and noon is good. But below average in morning. One table for each student. 3 person in a room.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

A PLACE TO CREATE YOUR FUTURE

Placement Experience:

There is a good placement cell in RIT Kottayam. From the 6th semester onwards students got placement training and career guidance classes and there are various clubs to improve your aptitude and chances to get the job through placement. The major recruiters of the campus are Oracle, Microsoft, Allianz, MRF, IDBI Bank, Infosys IBM, TCS, VVDN, WIPRO, Suntec EXPERION etc. There is about 75 % of students get placed every year. My plan after getting the degree is to go for higher studies.

A honest review on NSSCE Palakkad

For admission,you have to write KEAM examination amd secure a decdnt rank as this is one of the most demanded colleges in kerala.You have to appear in allotment process and join if you gets tge allotment.The admission procedure was so smooth and as per KEAM rules. The course Instrumentation and control was available in very few colleges in kerala and this is the only government institution provides this particular course.
