Entrance Preview :

I filled the enquiry form available on the college website and paid the application fees through demand draft. The college asked to bring the registration fees along with all the documents for verification purpose. They took my mat score in consideration and took a small round of interview. They asked me about the work experience also, but I denied since I didn't have any except the internship experience at graduate level.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The program is structured keeping in mind the current and changing requirements in the industry and in the emerging businesses where corporate companies used big data and analytics to gain competitive edge over other companies. The program covers 3 main specializations which are business analytics, marketing, banking and finance. The course is very easy but very detail oriented and everything is taught so well.

College Events :

A lot of different sort of events are organized and experts from the industry working in different domains such as operations, marketing, logistics and supply chain management, information technology are invited to the college to interact with the students. These interactions are organized for all specializations so that the students can get the actual inputs from the current world trend and decide about their field accordingly.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college provides commitment to the cause of making education available and feasible to all sections of the society. Therefore, the college has collaborated with a trust called D.L. Shah Trust and together they provide financial assistance to students from weaker section of society or with the annual income less than 4 lakhs rupees per year. The facility is provided to 5 students only so one should apply for it as soon as possible.

Campus Life :

The college has installed air conditioners in the classrooms for all the students with the high speed internet connectivity. Other facilities installed in the classrooms are audio video aids, projectors etc. The classrooms have been designed ensuring clear visibility and excellent audio feasibility and accessibility to all the students. E-library is made available in the classroom so that they can get any book digitally by sitting inside the class itself.

Placement Experience:

There is a dedicated placement cell that looks at the placements of MBA students. The final year students sit for placements. Until now the placements are not so good but it is improving at a steady rate. Companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, Flipkart, Amazon, ICICI Bank and others come for placements. I don’t have a clear idea about the packages offered but it was around 7-8 LPA on an average.

Placement Experience:

Placements here are decent. The average package of the batch is around 8 lakhs, which is nice considering the pandemic. A lot of good companies visit the campus like Goldman Sachs, Ernst, and Young, KPMG, Deloitte, etc. So, if you perform well here then you can get a good placement from the campus.

Remarks:

College is a little fast paced. Each semester lasts only for 3 months where we have to study 8 subjects in addtion to assignment, presentation, class tests.Social life gets affected if you are a localite as you have to travel to powai which isn't well connected via metro and railways.

Entrance Preview:

I got admission on the bases of my undergraduate scores which was very good. Admission process of this college was good and very simple.

Placement Experience:

Companies like JP Morgan, KPMG, PWC, E&Y have come to the campus and offered 10000/- to 20000/- monthly stipend. I have attended roughly one of those. Regretfully, I cannot provide you with the details of the number of students placed and the exact amount offered because I was not a member of the placement cell. But the college had a placement cell which conducted weekly meetings and trained the students for interviews.
