Remarks :

The eligibility criteria are 10+2 or it's equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks. Admission to the college is mostly made through state admission for which the student has to appear for UPSEEE exams which are UP state entrance exams and IEC comes under AKTU so from counseling the college gets allowed to the student. But there is also a management quota for which direct interview is made and based on the qualifications admission is given to students. There is no reservation benefit from the college side. But if you have a 75% or above score in PCM in the 12th standard then a one-time fee waiver is provided up to 20,000. This is only for the first year and not every year. Yes they should be an improvement in the admission process instead of direct admission they can conduct an exam for admission and only the qualified student should be getting admission there should be reservations and fee relaxation for backward communities and Financially weak people.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course as I always wanted to be an Engineer. And had a keen interest in programming languages. It always fascinated me that we can write code and make the computer work the way we desire. This has endless possibilities for application. Since I am from the CSE department. I would say in the Batch 2015-19 around 180 student were there divided into 4 sub sections. As It would not be possible to manage the number at once. So for each subject there are dedicated faculties which belongs to the department but there are certain subjects which were common to other department so other department teachers also used to teach CSE students. Most of the teachers had qualifications as Master of their subjects. Tech qualified. Only a few of the teachers were Ph.D. qualified. The teaching method of the First & second-year faculties was very good. They focus on leaning of students but in the third and fourth years teaching faculties don't pay that much attention to the student. Students have to rely mostly on self-studies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There was a fee hike twice during the 2015-2019 period. In our 4th year despite paying the full fee. We were asked to pay the examination fee on our own. The expense of each year for a student who lives in the hostel was (1.05L+80k) 1.85 lakh/year excluding monthly personal expenses. The college doesn't provide any scholarship schemes. But the UP government provides a scholarship scheme for everyone. Most of the student who belongs to UP can take benefits from that program. I also benefitted from that program for which I thank the UP government, without there support I won't be able to complete my studies No financial assistance was provided by the college despite constantly achieving 75+% marks each semester.

Campus Life :

The college organizes a college fest during the Jan-Feb of each year. But sometimes it gets canceled due to lack of funds. In the 4 years of my college life never a celebrity guest appreciated. Every year there is a rumor spread that some celeb is going to come in fast and every time it gets canceled at the last moment. There is a vast central library but the book present there are very old and not up to the latest syllabus of AKTU. So it is difficult for a student to get the required book from the library. The classroom are very good and clean with proper light and fans facility. There are sports and extracurricular activities organized by clubs that are run by senior students themselves. One such group is NMFC the school football group which plays in Inter college football tournaments. And organizations events such as HPL for Intra College football.

Placement Experience:

The placement is quite low but in the last 2 years since 1st hackathon of Ineuron, the placement drive are improving. I hope it will keep on improving in future. The UNESCO event was a great marketing opportunity for our college which promoted its ranking in the colleges.

Placement Experience:

6th semester is when you become eligible for campus placements. Amazon, Adobe, Capgemini, Infosys, tcs, hcl, havells, byjus, ibm, etc. are now regular takers from here around 98% of students are placed every year. those who wish for higher studies are the ones who don't get the placements, but the maximum is placed in good companies. the highest package for this year was from amazon of 19 lakh per annum.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college was quite good when comparing to other colleges of UP. But the majority of them were mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro etc. But some good startups also hire from our colleges like Paytm, Gradeup etc... In recent years top MNC were also visited JSS like Adobe, Amazon etc. The highest package was 42 lakhs which was given by Adobe and the average were 5 lakh. Almost 70-75% students got placed in my branch ie, CSE who sit in the placements. Currently my plan is to secure a good placement.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year students become eligible for placements, many companies visit like Amazon, Infosys, Wipro and many more, these are the mass recruiters, the highest salary was 22LPA offered from Adobe and 3LPA is the average salary, around 80% actually placed from on campus placements in 4 days. I will prepare for the DRDO exam after my graduation. Placements opportunities are given to students here at the max.

After the Six-semester students become eligible to take part in placement activities. There are many companies visited every month like Wipro, TCS, TATA STEEL, And many more and the good thing about the company is that they can hire the student in a mass number. the highest package is 15 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3.5 lakhs per annum. mostly the percentage is between 70-80 % of these student places more. Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is the worst. There have no good companies that came into the college. And the companies that came for campus placements were only startups, some were sales and marketings. Every company had major bonds and less salary. If any students want to join a good top fortune 500 companies of India, then he/she has to apply for outside of campus placement.

Remarks:

Yes, bad remark is the security fee they do not refund at the time of degree they asked to show the original slip of security fee deposit and i think they don't have any reason to ask for that just because they don't want to return.
