Remarks :

No eligibility criteria. Both counseling seats, as well as management seats, are available. I came through counseling. Students admitted through the counseling process will get scholarship benefits for four years.

Course Curriculum Overview :

There are many experienced staffs. Examinations are often here. Getting passing marks is easy. There were 2 mentors for 60 students. The teaching was so good enough. They also provide educational materials to go through.

Internships Opportunities :

Companies visiting here will provide us with internships plus job offers. Zoho visited our college nearly three times this year. Junior Software development Engineer and Fullstack developer roles are more likely taken as internship activities.

Placement Experience :

KCE is known for its placement. Students are eligible from their sixth semester for placements. Nearly 90% of students are placed every year without any hectic processes. 18 lakh per annum is the highest package up to now.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship depends upon the graduation of our family. First graduates get nearly 15 thousand as a scholarship amount per academic year. Non-first graduates get nearly 5 thousand amount per academic year.

Campus Life :

Many non-technical events are conducted here. There will be a minimum of 2 events per month. Dhruva is an event more specialized in this college. NSS is an active group in our college, they participate in blood donation camps, and passport application camps.

Hostel Facilities :

All rooms available here are 4 shared rooms. There are RO water purifiers on every floor. No hot water is provided here, we can use a water heater if needed. Nonveg will be provided 6 times per month. The food was decent.

Hostel Fee : INR 72500 per year

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. The Highest package is 9LPA. The percentage of college placement is 78 percent. I planned to make higher studies after my degree.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
