Remarks

You must have passed 10+2 and must give Jexpo exam and secure a good rank in it. Through the counseling process, you get selected for college. If you have a tfw certificate with you then your fees get low in college.

I want to be an engineer so I choose these courses. The faculty members are very supportive and helpful. The faculties are MTech and degree holders. The question was given by a board named Makaut the question level was easy to moderate.

Companies with an average package of 7 lakhs came here like Wipro, and TCS also came here for placement yes if you get selected for an internship you get a stipend as per the company package. Yes, if you do projects in college life you get opportunities.

I am from diploma so I am eligible for campus placement in 3rd year as per the company eligibility criteria the college gives you an email link was there where you get the application link for campus placement companies. During the year of the corona, 90% of students get placed here. After getting my degree my target is to get Means crack the JELET exam.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was not so high as B.Tech but if you have a tfw certificate with you then you get a concession in the course. Yes, you also get a scholarship to apply for SWAMIVIVEKANDA scholarship yearly 5000/-.

Campus Life

Yes, the college celebrates fest and has freshers party also. Yes, you get extracurricular activities here like chess cricket games, etc. Technical is the name of the social group that is run by the seniors means when you are in 3rd year you get a role in it.

By studying mechanical engineering, I can look forward to good job prospects.high salaries and varied work.my collage has nice equipped laboratories and good classroom.it has well maintained hostel for men. I love the environment of my collage.my collage give importance to both studies and other extracurriculum activities. My favourite teacher is professor sourav das.he can handle any type of students.my collage teacher teaching methods are awesome , teachers serve as instructor who deliver knowledge to their students.through lecture and direct instructions aim to measure the result through testing and assignments. 3 years full time diploma engineering courses that's 1 semester/ 6 month. It is too difficult to pass out of this branch. The syllabus of mechanical engineering is quite huge. One cannot comprehend the vastness of mechanical engineering.

Best start for a professional life

Placement Experience:

From fifth semester semester students became eligible for campus drive recruitment. And college also started campus drive. As i earlier mentioned that campus drive are not that much satisfying at all during 2012-2014. I was passed out at 2014 & in my time there's only one company came for civil engineering branch except that all are IT companies. For electronics & telecommunication and Computer science student there's lots of scope at that period. Some of them got package of 3.6 lakh per annum which may be the highest package as far as i know during my days. In an average we get 2 lakh per annum package. I just set one campus drive recruitment of Printika pvt. Ltd. which recruited almost 15 civil engineer from our branch. They offered 2 lakh per annum package to all. As a percentage of placed student from my branch is almost 20%. Overall from 2014 batch it'll be 30-50%. Unfortunately i didn't placed from that placement drive as I'm planning for higher study.

After the 5th Semester apparently companies start interviewing students. I am going through campusing right now. I have been selected by Aurora for further interviewing. Highest package is of Jindal around 17k and average package is 11k with accommodations. 85-90% students get placement. I am planning for higher study completing B.tech after getting the degree.

Crescent foundry and so many companies are visited our campus and offerd almost every students for job.the highest package is 1.80 lpa and lowest is 1.44 lpa. There re almost 60 percent students are placed and rests are getting prepare for next campusing.My plan is doing job after completing this degree.

The Most Valuable Time

I have applied to four colleges but chooses NHIT, Durgapur because it has the comfortable fees that any student can afford. The minimum marks need for admission to this college are 90% on the 10th and 90% on the 12th also. The admission process is nice and easy. Firstly you have filled up the application form of the college and submit it on the college website and wait for the merit list.
