Remarks :

First, you have to be qualified for jee mains exam conducted by NTA. The application processes can be found on their site. I have a reservation for the OBC category. after that, you have to give JEE Advanced test and get a good rank. The process of NTA should be improved. They were changing the dates.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Iam interested in Physics that's why I chose this course. The class strength is 45. We have 6 subjects in the first semester. The faculties are highly qualified. The classes in general are good. But sometimes I find it difficult to catch up with the professors. The semester has 2 quizzes and one end-semester exam. The schedule is given at the start of the semester itself

Class Size : 45Course Fees : INR 800000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

We get internships in 2nd year. Many students get internships at big companies. We should have some skills to get internships. The students get decent payment and a lot of experience. The internship chances are very high compared to many colleges.

Placement Experience :

They get campus placements after the course. The companies visiting are Google, amazon, Uber, etc.The average CTC is around 22 lakh. The highest package is above 2 crores. More than 95 percent of students get placed in students who sit for placements. I plan to work in some data analyst job

Fees and Financial Aid :

The course fee is free for students whose annual income is less than 1 lakh per year. students whose annual income is between 1-5 lakh per annum should pay 1/3 course fee. All others should pay the fees. There are many scholarships based on academics and much financial assistance is given by alumni.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is SAARANG and the tech fest is SHAASTRA.it is conducted in January month for 10 days both combined. The library is very big. Every book is available there. The classes are very clean and it has wifi and charging facilities. The college has a sports facility and it has many clubs for cultural purposes. There are many Sangam for cultural and NSO for sports.

Hostel Facilities :

The room has a LAN connection. The room is for 2 people. Each student gets one chair, one table, and a wardrobe. The messy food is good. It is hygienic and all. There are 20 hostels. The hostel has washing machines for cleaning clothes. The hostel has staff for cleaning purposes.

Hostel Fee : INR 12000 per year

Placement Experience:

3 yr students are eligible to get placed.particularly japanese placements come around that time.and general placements comes in 3rd yr 6th semester! Jsw, Renault Nissan are some of the companies that come! Highest in Japan 32 lpa , general - 12 lpa. 99.99% get placed.

My experience in VIT

Placement Experience:

My college allows you to get internships from the 5th semester. Campus placements can be availed 7th semester onwards. The highest package offered was I think about 1cr per year and the average being about 8-9LPA for my course. My plans after my degree is to work.

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.
