Remarks :
There are so many good things but there is no bad thing to say about this college. Everything is fine. Placements are good. Crowd is very good. almost all students have their own bikes. Campus is best I say. I like MIT very much all teachers are awesome and helping. Every facility is there even WiFi facility is also given. Everything is there in MITCOE which a good college should have.
Entrance Preview :
I gave IIT-JEE and I got 116 marks. MIT is a nice college from the campus and extra curricular activities view. So I opted for this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
MITCoe is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune university which is very good in terms of course structure.We get practical knowledge also.In MITCOE there are many opportunities to show our talent and to learn practical knowledge.Many events are there like Robocon nad Tesla etc. Therefore course structure is very good with too many extra curricular activities.
Internships Opportunities :
No the college doesn't provide internship but very popular companies come every year and almost 90-100 % students get placed every year. Placement happens through centralised campus between MIT, MITCOE and MITAOE.But students get average package of 3-6 lakhs. Campus is awesome in MIT. Now MiT has become the World Peace University due to which in upcoming years placements might be awesome and packages might also goes high.
Placement Experience :
In MITCOE 90 out of 100 get placed in every year means almost 90-100% students get placed every year. IT companies are more but companies like Accenture,TCS,Wipro are bulk recruiting companies. IBM, Microsoft, Mercedes Benz are the companies which come with good packages. Placements are awesome in MITCOE.
College Events :
There are too many events MIT holds every year.MIT is famous for its event in Maharashtra. Most favourite Technical event is Robocon.Events like Tesla,Gaming events, Arohan,acting and dancing events, all kind of events are there to take participate in.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee for open category is 1 lakh and 3 thousands.For reserved category it is Rs. 10012 .There are schemes like TFWS in which you get concession in Fees. For that you have to score high in 12th and Jee. Fees for TFWS is also 10012 Rs. For OBC Fee is 50000 Rs.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is a facility called TFWS of government of Maharashtra in which every college have to reserve some seats of these students. To get admission in TFWS scheme you have score high in 12th and Jee or other entrance exams according cut offs of colleges.
Campus Life :
There is a same ratio of girls and boys. Crowd in this college is very good. There are regional students who talk Marathi and NRI students and other state students who speak different languages.But every student is very friendly.There are workshops for robotics and for mechanical students to build cars. All students are nice with each other.There is no type of Ragging happen in this college which is awesome.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel Facilities are awesome in MITCOE.There are separate hostels for girls and boys.Each hostel have best facilities. Facility of 24 hours drinking water availability is good. WiFi and all kind of facilities are also there. There are sharing hostel rooms in each room there are 3 beds for 3 students. If the hostel seats are very few, in the case of PG, rents are high in that area. Rent for students per bed is 3000 average. In hostel we have to pay 75000 per year in which mess facility is included.
Alumni/Alumna :
Alumni and senior students are always in touch with us.They help us and give the right information. There are students Alumni meet in every six months. Alumni come and share their experiences. They always guide us and give information about all activities and scopes are available in each course.
Exam Structure :
According to Pune university's time table for practicals is 2 hours a day.In MITCOE labs are free to students that means we can use the labs any time and lab assistants are good they help you in each task and there is facility in each lab that every student get opportunity to do that practical individually.
Admission :
I did my 12th and I got 90%. Then through the cap procedure of Maharashtra board I give preference to MIT college. I got this college in first round itself.There is a site called www.dte.org.in through which I gave my college preferences in Cap. There are 3 main cap rounds in which we have to give names of that colleges in which we want to take admission.When I got MITCOE in first round I went to admission in college.The college campus was so nice that I fell in love with it.For admission we have to fill the admission form and some other forms and we have to attach it all documents which will be written in admission form.
Faculty :
All teachers in the college faculty are young so there is some kind of energy they give us all the time to take knowledge and we always love to sit in every lecture because each and every lecture is awesome. Faculty is well qualified and they give their whole time for us this is the important thing in engineering colleges.In one sentence I would like to say Faculty is awesome.
