Whole MBA experience

Remarks :

For MBA, the eligibility was a minimum of 50% in graduation from a recognised university. I went through a discussion round with one of the faculty members, wherein she asked me about my qualification, family background and other basic questions. The details regarding the application form and other details are provided online on their official site. Also, the admission cell contact number is provided wherein one can give a call and ask for the complete details. If you're visiting the college, then there's an Admission block where admission counsellors help with the admission process. It's our choice whether we want to undergo the admission process online or offline. The improvement that I want to see in the admission process is waiting for hours. They take hours to process everything, rest everything is really well.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose MBA because it is a degree that builds entrepreneurial skills and teaches how to manage everything I chose this college as it has an amazing placement record, the fee is not that high and cooperative faculty member. They are so skilled, highly qualified and always there for students for help. The term exams are conducted after every 6 months, ie, at end of the semester. Also, there are mid-exams as well that are conducted twice each semester. Examinations are descriptive type and need preparation to pass.

Placement Experience :

The placements at our college are really amazing and the placement drives start from 2nd semester. So, there's a placement cell where mentors start preparing the students by taking GDs, PI and other activities. TCS, Wipro, Samsung, and a lot more companies visited the campus. The average package offered is between 5 to 6 lac per annum. It differs from profile to profile. Approximately 75% of students got placed on our campus.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In our college, the fee is not that high as compared to other colleges. The ones who have affordability issues are provided with the option of an education loan, special cost cut is provided to sports quota and reserved categories. The placement drives of our college are really good. Most of the students passed out with offer letters in their hands. I got placed in 3 companies and the one I chose was an ed-tech company with a 30000 monthly salary.

Campus Life :

I entered MBA in virtual mode due to covid and went to college in offline mode only for the exams. But I participated in online activity, ie, an International week where we get to interact with international professionals.

Interview Experience :

I only appeared for a discussion round with one of my faculty members on campus only. She asked very basic questions regarding my education, family background, etc. I didn't prepare for it but I managed to answer all her questions.

My curriculum is relevant to my studies and it also influence my decisions. Our practical study gives us real life instance to take decisions effectively. Areas of improvement includes some mentors who only focus on theory based study.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from semester 3rd and the also get internship after 2nd semester. Placement rate is quite impressive as we look for the fee. In short more than 75% of the students will get placed and remaining will get offers as well but they don't join. My plan after MBA is be a good manager at some biggest company.

Our college is good for placements. Last year highest package was 14 lakh per annum. It also provide internship opportunity. One can also start his own startup with the help of college. Placement Experience:

Final Placement also starts from August along with the Summer internships, Usually till February Most of the students get placed, but during our time placements was bit challenging due to market conditions. everyone does not get placed some opt out and those who did not get placed have to search by their own. Few students from my batch are still yet to be placed, Placements committee is bringing companies but those companies are not good or paying much lesser. In my opinion Placement Process should be done by Management or any Agency, Students should not be involved in the Placements role. When students are involved for placements and they have been provided with so much control and power they misuses it. The Placement Committee run by students does not work with transparency lot of misuse of power and control is being done by those students.

Placement Experience:

I already got placement in the final year of B.Tech from the same campus in a Noida-based company but want to pursue MBA first. It all depends upon the capabilities of a student to get a placement from a campus drive, college provides a good number of opportunities regarding the same. In my batch, all the eligible candidates got placed in companies either from campus placement or direct interviews. After completing my MBA degree, I will try for MNCs related to the semiconductor industry.

After the core terms, the student is available to sit for placements. The number of companies is more than 1000 and offers more than 1800. The lowest package is 25L and the highest is 80L, but some may get even higher for moving abroad.

Remarks:

Our college is a very good college as compared to all the other MBA colleges in the city. The main advantage of the college is the shorter MBA course which is seldom available for the students seeking an MBA.
