Remarks :

You should be 12th pass and an average mark to get admission to this college. You will get all the application forms and details in the college itself. When you go to the college carry all your documents with you. There will be a small interview and should clear that. Then the staffs verify the documents and proceed with the admission and fee structure. If you are in a reserved category then the fee structure is discounted. The overall admission process is so simple and the campus is very good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose the college because of its Ambiance Area Teaching staff etc. The student-faculty ratio is somewhat like one teacher for around 40 students. There are so many practical sessions and enjoyments on campus. The teachers and overall teaching experience are excellent. There are 2 semesters in a year and a total of 4 years of education. There will be at least 2 class tests in one semester to value your CE marks.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are so many companies that are offering placement on this campus. Eg Tata motors, Hyundai, etc. The minimum stipend is 15000 rs as a trainee and the amount increases as per your dedication and work. There will also be a project that you should submit in the final year. And also there is a project exhibition to showcase your talent.

Placement Experience :

The campus selection classes will be discussed from the 1st year itself. And details and current ongoing placements will be discussed through a WhatsApp group. Once you reach the final year the placement process begins. And by that time you have a lot of ideas for the selection process with the help of that group itself. There will be classes and discussions in collet itself to get a good job by placement itself.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The Fees structure of the college is very minimal according to other engineering colleges. The are no sudden fee hikes or Extra fee hikes issues in this college. If there is any changes are going to happen, they will inform us accordingly. Overall the course cost around 5L for 4 yr engineering in this college including records and exams.

Campus Life :

There are so many tech fests and enjoyments in this college. They are conducted every year as the date of exams and all. There a huge library on this campus with lots of books contains information and tech. There is so many extracurricular possibilities on this campus, that includes Basketball courts tennis court table tennis courts etc. Overall Campus life is just awesome.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
