Entrance Preview :

i have given MAT entrance test to get admission in this college as it is The best management college offering quality education and that too in very less amount as compared to whopping fees of IIMs or other top colleges.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes, Summer placements are the biggest event in the first year, and from day one everyone is focussed on preparing for it. This college have kind of become job factories in that sense. I got an investment banking internship. Generally stipends tend to be good - but it varies depending on the company itself.

Placement Experience :

100% placement. But then nearly all colleges give 100% placements. The companies that visit campus are largely the same . They offer fairly standard packages across the country. It is a good starting point and would help in growing further.

Campus Life :

Gender ratio is 35 boys for 25 girls in a class. Multiple computer labs food court Huge library Conference room Playground Canteen Auditorium Sports room Event room for small events on last floor of the building Well organised staff room Clean washrooms.

Exam Structure :

Exams are held in a semester manner. Frequent tests were ofcourse taken depending on the Course and the Teacher. They did make life difficult and hectic in the first year, given the summer placement pressure. However, year 2 onwards, life becomes simpler and depending on how many electives you pick, you can choose how hectic (and fruitful) you make your life.

We have a dedicated student-run placement committee that caters to the placements of the college. The placements, both for the summers as well as finals are considerably good as the number as well as the quality of companies getting on campus is increasing every year. The college offers 100% placement.

The only exam that I had to give was CAT but it was a hard nut to crack. As my score in CAT met the cut-off this college, I received a call letter on my e-mail as I have earlier applied over here. I had to also go through a personal interview round and then got a final admission. All my academic documents and financial documents were also verified.

Placement Experience:

In the 4th semester, the companies started visiting the campus and prominent of those for our course were HDFC Bank and Axis Bank. The average salary offered was in the range of 35-40k a month. Nearly half the students from our batch were placed and I became a stockbroker now but took some experience by working at HDFC securities for a couple of years.

Admission:

Personal interview and the group discussion are the two rounds that you need to clear in order to get admission here. You need to be aware about your course and some questions from your past job/ internship are also asked (if you have done any). Some personality questions are asked as well. Be confident and answer.

Placement Experience:

The placement part is best in GEU. After the 2nd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like Amazon, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Capgemini, Deloitte, Infosys visit our campus every year for campus placements. The highest package offered to students was 32Lakhs PA and the average package was about 4Lakhs PA. Every year 90% of students get placed in a well reputed company with a good package. If you study well and work hard, then you can easily get placed in some good company. University helps students a lot in their placements and also in their personality development, so they can crack all the interviews easily. My plans after getting the degree are to become a Financial Analyst in a well reputed company.
