Remarks :

First I registered for a personal interview on the college website. I was given a slot and link for the same. After a couple of days of the interview, a received a confirmation mail. Also, my JEE Mains and CET marks were taken into consideration.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I reason I chose Mechatronics was that it is an emerging field in technology. Also, it is an amalgamation of various engineering disciplines providing a wider array of knowledge. The faculty at SSPU does a very good job of teaching us this course. About 95% teachers here have a doctorate. There are 3 unit tests and one Final Exam conducted every semester whose difficulty ranges from medium to quite difficult

Class Size : 39Course Fees : INR 265000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

After every year, students need to complete internships of 2 months and 4 months in the final year. The college itself places us into these internships. The exposure we get there as students are very beneficial in the long run and help us understand the industry standards.

Placement Experience :

The campus offers placement after the final semester. Also, college offers internships after every year. Maximum students who opt for campus placement get placed in well-known companies. My plan after graduation is to pursue a master's.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees for BTech Mechatronics are 265000/- per year excluding the hostel and accommodation expenses. Also, a 10000/- is taken at the beginning for Insurance which is refunded during graduation if not claimed.

Campus Life :

This campus has one of the best infrastructures among the top universities. There 1/2 fester annually. Also here we are encouraged to participate in various tech competitions. For sports, there are various fields for different sports like football, cricket, volleyball, basketball, etc.

Interview Experience :

The admission process included a personal interview. Questions regarding my interests and prior knowledge on physics and mathematics were asked. Also marks of JEE mains or CET are important for admission.

Placement Experience:

Placement is not that good. Overall the average placement is only about 4,00,000 per year. And campus placement are there but it won't provide you high paying jobs you'll have to do that on your own. So focus more on personal skills

Placement Experience:

As I am in second year I don't have that much of idea about the placement but there are very good placements for the printing and intc branch in this college. There I will see near they got the very good packages for this branches and along with CS IT branches they got 40 to 50 lakh packages. Also the college provides the interview sessions and the placement training programs in that the experts come and give training to the students for placement programs. There are various students that are placed in with us countries like Japan Germany's and they are working in ITI and various professions.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement offered is good for courses surrounding IT domain. Computer and IT department get an average CTC of 10 lpa whereas ENTC dept has avg CTC of 6-7 lpa. The college will state 100% placement but it is applicable only for eligible candidates.
