The Food and Beverage Production Lab enables students to acquire first hand culinary skills in production of Indian and International cuisine in individual and quantity preparations, Bakery and Confectionary delicacies.

I took this college for BHM because my father wants me to do BHM course from this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum of this college enables students to complete their education with Specialization and Research Project in the area of their own interest in Hospitality Service Industry. To strengthen the skill in each operational area, department provides well equipped practice lab.

College Events :

College conducts so many Seminars, Workshops and Lecture sessions, in regular interval, enriching students and faculties and professional stake holders in sharing the knowledge and skill of eminent National and International Professionals and Educators.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees of BHM course is 2,29,000 per annum which is very expensive. Students also pay this fees on installment basis.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is provided with a spacious dining hall with adequate and comfortable furniture and kitchen with Steam Cooking facilities.

IHM Kolkata an experience

Placement Experience:

The campus selection starts from 05th sem onwards. Lots of companies visit some are:- Taj, Oberios, Leela, HHI, ITC, Dominoes, Pizza Hut, CCD, Starbucks, Fairmont etc. I dont remeber the highest package amount but it was around 30k. 95% students got placement and for those who had difficulty getting placed the faculties would help them find internship or job through their reference. I completed my degree back in 2013 and got placement through the college and started working.
