Remarks :

The Bombay college of pharmacy is one of the most leading and recognised pharmacy institutions in India. Est in 1957 by (IPA-MSB). And affiliated with the Mumbai University approved by AICTE/PCI .the eligibility criteria of the course is that the student have to pass the 10 + 2 with the science stream and MHTCET Entrance exam. We can find the application form online official website. The fee of application is 1000 rs. There will be reservations for sc st minorities and economically weaker and merits students. The admission process is very easy.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose these course because I am very much interested in pharmaceuticals. The professors and teachers are good and highly qualified. Most of them are pH.D. in medicine which adds up more to their educational context. There are 6 professors 4 assistant professors and 26 associate professors. The student ratio in the college is 2:60. The bachelor in pharmacy (B.Pharm) course is about 4 years. There is 2 semesters per year and there will be 2 mid-exams per semester. if we do hardwork we can pass the examinations very easily.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 50000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees structure is about 50000 per year which is very nice we can pay the fees with the instalments. They take extra fee for lab, library, and examination fees. Various scholarships are provided to the meritorious students on behalf of the government of Maharashtra and DTA, Maharashtra. Apart from the state government scholarships. The placement cell of the college is very active and functional. Several corporations are linked to the students because of the sincere and determined efforts of the college. College provides the job placement for the merits students.

Campus Life :

The college provides the library with a total of 9000 books and volumes. The auditorium is available for various faculty speeches for events. A good number of laboratories are available to students for research. playground for sports and hospital and medical facilities are provided for any emergency and first aid. The farewell and freshers parties also will be conducted during the college fests. Extracurricular activities also are conducted by the college. The infrastructure is very good in the college. There is an official website and WhatsApp to update the students.

Admission:

Exam that one needs to sit for is - MHT-CET exam which is held every year. A pass in 10+2 examination is required with Science as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 50% is required, which is the eligibility criteria here.
