Remarks :

No bad remark as such everything is either excellent or at a average but most of the facilities are great . The college maintains a standard and teaches its students not only academics but also a standard of living and facing problems that are occurring or may occur later in life.

Entrance Preview :

I was a BMM student so i dint have to pass any entrance exam to get admission in this stream college.

Internships Opportunities :

The college provides internship a many number of companies came for the event studio . One of the popular event managing companies has taken a many number of students from my stream (BMM).

Placement Experience :

People who want jobs have a opportunity to apply for jobs and alot of people are placed from our college depending upon the interview and the speaking skills and the way the candidate deals with the situation given by the company persons who conducts the interview.

College Events :

The college celebrates all the soical events mostly like friendship day , teachers day , independence day the college conducts a big parade for independence day which marches. All over powai the college even celebrates festivals like navratri and many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The college is a private college and the fee structure of it is a bit expensive for some but as compared to the facilities available in the college the fee is worth it. The fee structure depends upon the course u do if u cant afford the full time course they even offer part time courses which can be done and side by side a job can also be done.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Nothing that i know about scholarship or loan but the college faculty is very understanding and gives u alot of time to arrange the money for your fess. The fees can be pain in installments and can be paid before the first sem end and some times even more time is given.

Campus Life :

The gender ratio mostly depends on the streams but overall the ratio has no much difference . The college conducts alot of workshops depending on your stream . Expert who are professionals in their work are called to give lectures and motivate the students. Economic status sometimes be's a problem cause the students there are of a mixed back ground some are rich some a bit less rich but not that much the college has a cultural department which manages the events of the college .

Hostel Facilities :

The college dose not have the facility of a hostel but it has a college canteen which serves hygienic as well as fast food and the food quality is maintained and not much expensive also the food offered is only vegetarian . The area has a lot of residential area near by it and people can stay as paying guest in those areas. The area outside the college has many food joints and restraunts In which students can dine and have a short meal also .

Alumni/Alumna :

The seniors are helpful in every way may be notes or any explanation or any help the seniors are always there with their best to help u and there is no ragging in this college its against our morals and values.

Exam Structure :

The exam structure is given by the university of mumbai this college is affiliated to the mumbai university and all rules and guidelines are received from the university. Exam the class room are spacious and yeah u will be chilled throughout the exam only if u well prepared for it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate course curriculum a 8 on 10.. it is because now I am in 3 year...And my course is bachelor's in Multimedia and Mass communication..In which we have specialisation in 3rd year... That means we need to choose between Journalism and Advertising in the last year...so in 1st and 2nd year we eventually come to know that what's our exact interest... people here is very helpful in terms of guidance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is industry integrated and mostly their is practical knowledge in this field bus this is also related to media and I was already interested in the same so choose this course. The curriculum does give you all the knowledge that you need and it does help you in shaping your future. Their are some area of improvement as they teach history of every thing personally I don't think learning the history of every thing is necessary and it can be skipped. Exam are conducted twice a year along with the assignment the exam are not that difficult

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main aspects that influenced my decision to choose this course were hands-on practice, internships, and collaborations within the industry. The curriculum has prepared us well for real-life instances through assignments and other activities. One suggestion for improvement could be that the curriculum be more flexible in terms of online and offline learning both to cater to different students' schedules and internship interests. The difficulty level of our exams is fair and manageable making it good for all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a second year student in Bhavan's college in the BMM department. During my admissions after 12th , when i looked up for curriculum in Bhavan's a certain subjects like Mobile content creation and photography lured me as they are easily applicable in practical work plus they are in demand in todays media field. The current curriculum is 85% theoretical according to me as only one subject that is theatre studies is practical. Hence the application of current syllabus in real life is questionable. However , it can be useful if one opts for Post graduation. The area where the curriculum needs to improve is to add more practical knowledge and teaching methods should be more interactive. In context of frequency of exams, only 2 end sem exams plus internal exams for 2 credit subjects are conducted. The difficulty level can be rated as mediocre.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has changed a lot from last year due to the NEP guidelines. The new curriculum provides cross-faculty minor courses through which we learn about not only our course but a completely different one too. It is a very new model of timetable and we are the experiment batch. Some suggestions I would give are to provide minors which are related to our subject so that it would be useful to us in future also providing better options in choosing electives. One positive I found is the honours programming which gives us the option to directly take Phd once done with our bachelors. Also the free exit system is also helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose to opt for the BMM course because many writers, directors, actors and ad experts and artists have studied in Khalsa College. The curriculum prepares you for real world applications by not only teaching within the portion but also outside the portion. Various recreational activities take place at the college. Areas for improvement would be to decrease the over importance of giving attention to the attendance and project submission. It's college not school the teachers soften a little and try to give students the freedom of exploring other things too. The frequency and timings if the exams are usually the same as ither colleges. There are 6 semesters carried out in three years which are 2 or 3 hours long.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was apt, however, I felt as if some of the subjects or rather the specific topics they delved into were somewhat out of touch for the early 2020s. However, most teachers provided us with question banks, PDF study material, and so on. Exams were timely (one unit test and end-of-term test per semester), and projects were also timely by nature (one individual project and one group project termed as SLE.)

Placement Experience:

Everyone who is studying at UPG is eligible for campus placements. They provide internship and job offers too. The highest package I think was 17 lakhs and the average is around 8 lakhs which is quite good for a fresher. However, many students don't sit for the placements as they go for higher studies.
