Remarks :

If you want to take admission in MSW course, then you must graduated from a reputed university and must have scored an agreegrate of 60% in your graduation with no active backlogs. You can fill the application form from the university's official website and then visit the college for further information and admission process. If you belong to SC/ST category, then you must score 50% in your graduation with no backlogs.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have made my plans for higher studies during graduation time, that is why I choose this course. If I talk about terms exam of university, it is taken as per direction of COE and they are not very difficult to pass. If you have attended all the classes then you will easily pass these exams. Coming to college faculties, they are very highly qualified and each of them is a Ph.D. holder.

Class Size : 25Course Fees : INR 80500 per year

Placement Experience :

The college also provides placements for the students. The students who are in the last year of their graduation are eligible for campus placements. Many big companies like TCS, Wipro, NIIT, Amazon, etc visit the campus for recruitment. An average of 75% are placed on-campus. The highest package is 8lpa and the average package is 4lpa.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The MSW course duration is 2 years and the course fee is 80,500 only. There is no fee hike policy is there. If you are a hostler then your cost of study will get a little high otherwise you can complete your post-graduation in less than 1 lakh. The university also provides scholarships for their students who are eligible for them.

Campus Life :

The university has a big cafeteria, a huge ground, seminar halls, central and departmental library, seminar hall, separate hostel for boys and girls, a sports arena and a gym is also there. There is always CCTV surveillance is there for the saftey of students and staff. An annual fest is organized by the management of unviersity. Many clubs were also run by the small group of students. A annual day is also conducted every year.

Interview Experience :

After filling up the application form, when you visit the campus for the next procedures, then a faculty will approach you for a basic interview. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself, then he asked why I choose higher studies. After 5 minutes of the interview, he asked me to go for the next admission process.

I chose the MSW course just because I wanted to become a social worker and help people in need. The faculty was much qualified such as MA, MSC, BED, BA etc. The teaching method was good and easy to understand. The faculty: student ratio is 18:1. The term exams were held every 3-4 months.

My college days

Remarks:

I would say this University has everything.The knowledge,the talent not just in books but also on grounds and the most important thing is you get appreciated for whatever you are good in . They provide everything at one place, either you talk about transportation facilities,bank facility,hostel or gym.

Admission:

The eligibility criteria to take admission in this course was graduation in any stream with minimum 45% marks. I took admission in this because I am really into social work.As I wanted to be a professional in it and wanted to dig deep into the subject to learn more and more.
