Remarks :

eligibility of the courde was valid GATE score card and B.tech marks. I found the application form, application fees and the application dates at the official website of Techno main salt lake. I didnot gate any reservation benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview :

faculty : student ratio is 15:1. teachers were enough qualified to teach us. their teaching method was beautiful. term exams were once in every six months and the difficulty level of the tem exams ware vary from moderate to high.

Class Size : 18Course Fees : INR 220000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Company named Vedantu offered roles uder internships with stipend. In this internship my job role was business development associate. My stipend was INR rupees Ten thousand per month for six months internship.

Placement Experience :

From forth semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companis named ICICI,KOTAK, Zycas visited here. Highest package was INR rupees eight lakhs par annum and the lowest package was INR rupees six lakhs par annum.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost of the course was INR rupees two lakhs and twenty thousand which is not pocket friendly at all according to me. I did not get any scholarship or financial assistance from Techno Main Salt Lake.

Campus Life :

we got a very big library and almost every types of books and journals are availabe here. I used to spend almost one hour every day at the library room. Our classrooms are big enough to sit comfortably.

MAKAUT Experience

Entrance Preview:

I had to clear two exams to get admission here. First was the entrance exam conducted by the university itself, called WBUT PGET (Postgraduate Entrance Test) and the second was GATE. I performed well in both of them and received a call letter from the university. During the counselling, I showed my class 10th & 12th scorecard, graduation degree, WBUT PGET scorecard, and GATE scorecard. Once my documents were verified, I had to pay the fee.

Remarks:

Before joining Mtech in Computer Science and Data Processing (Mathematics department) in IIT Kharagpur I completed M.Sc in Mathematics from IIT Madras. At that time wanted to go for industry jobs so I decided to pursue M.Tech course related to computer science. Specifically, I am interested in Machine learning and statistical data analysis. That time I had two options either IIT Madras (Mtech in Industrial mathematics and scientific computing) or IIT Kharagpur (Mtech in CSDP). I preferred IIT Kgp and joined it.

The best college in view of infrastructure and as well as faculty is Narula Institute of Technology. That is the main reason for opting this college.

One should qualify in GATE or state level PGET Exam to get into this college for Master of Technology degree. The admission process generally goes on from august- september every year. One should qualify for the above written exam and do call the admission desk or directly walk into the college for the admission.
