One should be appearing 12th Or passed 12th to give JEE.Application process is completely online.Form comes twice a year(April and May) and you have to pay 650 Rs(General and OBC) .For Admission in MANIT Bhopal you have to pass JEE mains Examination with satisfactory percentile. Yes, there is reservation. You pass JEE Mains with less percentile if you are OBC, SC, ST or You are financially weak(OBC-NCL Or GEN-EWS)

Course Curriculum Overview :

Bachelor of planning is a unique graduation option.It is full of diversity. You are a knowleged person with a good designer. You study about cities and know about whole world. You are a coordinator between government and people in maintaining their lifestyle and give structure to cities. The faculty students ratio is very good ie 1:10. Most of the faculties are Professors ie Ps.D.holders and there is any vacancy then Assistant professors are appointed. Hence, you have all facilities of knowledge full guidance. Teachers and Teaching methods are ossum. There are timely mini tests , mid term exans and finally end term exams and Viva. Exams are medium tough. If you study continuosly you score good marks.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 34454 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

You have to pay 34454 Rs. Per year as Academic fee. Hostel fees are from 44000-56000 Rs per year.Tuition fees is 100000 Rs per year.You have to pay for Food about 60000 Rs. Per year. There is fees relaxation for SC, ST, GEN-EWS and OBC-NCL students. If you are economically weak then fee rekaxation is applied as per rules. There are lot of scholarships provided by Government and you can easily acess them after getting admission.

Campus Life :

There is a annual fest in college every year.It is celebrated in last of the year ie December.There are a lot of celebrations and programs. Lot of tech fests occurs periodically in year. The classrooms are well constructed, lightened, large sitting area, comfortable tables and digital tools for study and multiple boards.There is every facility a technology student needs. There is playgrounds for every game. You can choose any game you like and issue related tools and play with friends in sports time Or holidays. There are a lot of groups and clubs made for students only like Turyanaad for hindi writting students, Abilita artistica for creative works, Chess Club etc. Here you can join NCC also.

NITBhopal : Everything you want to know.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose a bachelor's of planning because it is a very logical field of study. We learn management and administration in the right amount by looking at and observing things on a macro to a micro-scale. Initially, they teach you about urban planning, basic design, culture and technology, history, technical report writing, statistics, building materials, and much more. The faculty-to-student ratio for bachelor of planning is 1:9. A lot of faculties have PhD in urban Planning from SPA Delhi or IITs and are highly qualified. The teaching methods are flexible and excellent. The terms are held with time and the difficulty level is also average. This makes it easy to clear with some effort.

The course is of a very different stream and it sounded interesting to me. As time passed by, I grew interested in this field and will be one of the successful studies in the coming future. Remarks:

The only thing I dont like about my college is ragging there is a bad raging culture in our college its good to a level but sometimes its worst seniors will slap you if they want there is a funda call in hostel seniors force there juniors to do shamless work and if you dont they'll slap you so this is a negative point in and its is now decreased since the past years but i hope this should be banned this the only negative point of my college.

Out of the Box Course: Planning

Remarks:

There are 2 main problems with our college- First, absence of Placement. Second, College location. Absence of campus placement even though there is a placement cell, has created major issues for students who want to start working right after they finish college. Our college is situated 20kms away from main Bhopal city in a village names Bhauri. This gives major issues with connectivity. We can't avail city benefits anytime we want. We are majorly dependent on our college buses that visit city in the evenings on during weekdays.
