Remarks :

Admission process is by government seat. Eligibility is passing out 12th with cut off marks above 170. In admission process first of all we want to fill our details and then they will separate us into different rounds based on their ranks and then we want to choose many colleges by our preferences they will allocate the college if there is seat. If not then they will move to next college which is already given by us. After few days they will announce the college names which are allocated to you. Then you want to go your respective college and submit all the details which are mentioned in the application form.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My course name is COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING I choose this course because I want to become a programmer. Faculty student ration is 1:10 and faculty are well trained and we'll educated and all finished their PhD in their subjects. Monthly there will be exams and they are little moderate.

Class Size : 45Course Fees : INR 55000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Name of the company is cognizant and role offered under internships with stipend is programmer analyst trainer. Name of the company is Amazon and they offered job is software developer. Project is based on their knowledge.

Placement Experience :

Name of f the companies are Amazon, cognizant,Zoho, Accenture, Deloitte and etc and total offers will reach 1000. Highest package is 24 laks per annum average package is 8 lakhs per annum. Percentage of students must be greater than 80%.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In our college per year tution fees is 55 thousands and five thousand for development fees and then in our college mess is very good and fees of mess is only 13,000 per year and then for placements they Will ask to pay 15000 per year.

Campus Life :

In our college there are many play grounds to play and there is a gym for boys and girls and our college also has indoor stadiums. In our college to improve their coding skills there is portal named skillrack it is very useful to improve their coding skills.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
