Remarks :

IIT Patna was my preference because the college in the Institute of National Importance of India, the college provides a good opportunity for research work and the college also have received a grant of INR 124.46 and the college also has 200 sponsors for R&D. The college provides a good environment for studies and research work activity. I was allotted the seat during my JOSAA counselling as I was able to meet the cutoff criteria of IIT Patna for the CSE program and it was one of the best decisions of mine.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum of the college is very good. The curriculum is the combination of technology and programming the curriculum is properly balanced and helps us to develop our coding skills and knowledge and develop our skills for the corporate world. The curriculum provides us with good opportunities for research and project work.

Class Size : 55Course Fees : INR 175000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The internship is mandatory and we are eligible for the internship after completing the there years of our program. The college placement committee is fully responsible for the internship program they provide us with the list of companies available in the college for internships and help us to select the company according to our interests. The average stipend for the internship is around 55k.

Placement Experience :

Every year the college placement keep on improving the college has a record of 100% placement and the college placement committee plays an important role in the placement process. As the college placement committee is fully responsible for our placement and they guide us thoroughly throughout the placement rounds and make sure that we are properly placed. The highest package for our batch was around 44 LPA and the average package was around 20 LPA. Around 110+ companies visited our campus for a placement drive.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship on a merit basis is available and scholarship for SC/ST/PWD is also available. Central and state government scholarship programs are also available and a Prime Minister scholarship scheme is available. Campus Life :

The campus life of the college is good. The college provides good environment for studies and good opportunities for research and project work activity. CELESTA is the biggest cultural fest of Bihar of our college, and INFINITO is the technical fest of the college where we can present our innovative ideas. The college labs are fully modernised and all equipment and kits are modern. The college library is the house of books from international authors and international research journals are also available. The college infrastructure is well maintained and is properly cleaned.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel infrastructure is well maintained. The wardens and the staff is very cooperative and maintain the decorum of the hostel very well. The bathrooms are properly clean. Our hygiene is well taken care of. The hostel mess food quality is good and we are also served special food during the festive season. 24 hours of high-speed WiFi connectivity is also available. The hostel has all kinds of facilities.

Hostel Fee : INR 45000 per year

Faculty :

The faculty of the college is very good and friendly. The faculty mostly are young enthusiasts and of PhD level with good corporate experience. The faculty motivates us to take part in the research work and identify our weak points and help us to identify them into our USP.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was interested in this course for a very long time. Faculty members are very good here, they taught us very well all respective courses. All are very well-qualified teachers here with Ph.D. degrees from reputed colleges. Every semester duration is of 6months and this course is not very easy but not also very tough.

Internship opportunities

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement after the 5th sem. A lot of services and core companies visit here like Alstom, TCS, HCl, Infosys, etc. Alstom offered 7.2 LPA to 15 students. Last year more than 50 percent of the students were placed. The placement is 100% in its branch. I am planning for higher education.

My experience with my college

Remarks:

It is a growing college with an aim to promote quality education amongst the students of Bihar. It is creating a peaceful environment for the students to explore their areas of interest. It is going to be a great college in the future.

Admission:

I appeared for the entrance exam that is CUCET which is required for the admission. The college considers the composite scores of CUCET along with the 10+2 marks in the science stream wherein physics and mathematics are the compulsory subjects.
