All the teachers are well qualified and equipped to teach but the quality of teaching differs as per individual.

Dislikes

The say of students in matters concerning them or others is nil. We have very little say as the management takes all decisons.
Teachers have ego and superiority issues between themselves which might affect the children in 4th year, project phases.
Fests, events and functions are not upto any expectations.Schools in trivandrum have better events than our college.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan, infosys, commandtech, bimlabs, gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

Lead college is ranked 2nd in Kerala and it got a fantastic placement record of 100% every year. It is a residential college The campus and staffs are really friendly and it is a student-run campus which allow all to know lot about the ground-level reality of the market. LEAD believes in learning by doing which gives the students hands-on experience on what we are studying and what recruiting companies are expecting of us.
