Entrance Preview :

I joined KNIT sultanpur on 2nd september 2009 by securing rank of 2495 under UPSEE (uttar pradesh state entrance exam) i got to know about this college through one of my friend. Since this engg college is government funded institute therefore fee was quite nominal.

Internships Opportunities :

For Engineering Students, There Is No Such Arrangement, but For M.Tech There Is A Provision Of Internship And Stipend Varies From 8000 To 25000.

Placement Experience :

Placement record is quite good. Companies like bharat electronics limited, tcs, wipro, l&t, tractors india limited, infosys ,mediatec visits campuses recruitment. Package for it firms varies from 3 lpa to 8 lpa. For tcs and infosys 3-5 lpa, Tractors india limited 3.5 lpa, Mediatec 8 lpa, Bharat electronics limited 8 lpa.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees is feasible its Course fee 56000, Hostel fee 20000, Mess fee 25000, Caution money 5000, Medical fee 1000, Sports fee 1000, Library charges 1000, Internet charges 2000. Fee is quite low as compared to other private colleges almost 1/4th. I completed my engg with an estimate of 3 lac including everything.

Faculty :

I was in mechanical engg and some of the faculties were outstanding. I would to mention the name of sri amar singh he was the faculty for operations research. Other faculties like sri hari darshan ram, sri s.p kutar, sri amit medhavi and Mr chauhan ,they are expert in their fields.

Reality of SRGI

Placement Experience:

3rd and 4th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like vipro ,TCS, Microsoft, asensure have visited my college, great offers are also given by them. Highest package would be around 6LPA and average is around 4LPA. Only 3% students get placement from campus placement. I will go for off campus placement and hit a well paying job .

Syllabus and all curriculum are according to AKTU . But one problem is there while reading only syllabus of your semester examination your preparation for placement is zero because for placement you have to do lots of stuff

Good College

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is good as the average amount of placement is 5Lakhs nad the maximum amount is 50Lakhs. All students are allowed to sit in placement. There are many companies visit in our institute that is Zscalar, Wipro, Microsoft, AWS etc.

Rajkiya Engineering College Kannauj, it's okay in there

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted cse that's why I opted for it. Faculties are enough as per students ratio. Faculties are finely educated themselves, I will say some Faculties teaching methods are good as they teach basics properly but few of them are like they will teach you supposing you have already some idea about topic, but overall they are supportive and help with any query. 2 CT's and a final sem exam in a sem, you can pass CT by studying over night But you have to study a little more for finals

Remarks:

Our college provides us with a number of activities to develop more skills in respective subjects. There are so many technical club activities which have been started as per student's interest.
