Entrance Preview :

SSNCE, chennai considers only the CBSE board examinations for its admission. I scored 95.5%. It is the only college in Chennai with utmost freedom.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Mediocre courses but very good faculty. Excellent lab facilities and lab assistants. The courses are set by Anna University, so the syllabus is pretty outdated. I was part of the 2008 regulation when I graduated fin 2016, so there needs to be update in the subjects and ts corresponding syllabus.

Internships Opportunities :

The college does not provide internships. But they will provide you information and opportunities to interact with various core companies who can provide the students with the internship. The opportunities are boundless in SSN if we are truly interested. The stipend depends on the company and not the university.

The course curriculum was comprehensive and we have an option to choose free electives from other departments too. We would have 2 quizzes and one end semester exam in a semester and meanwhile assignments will be shared at regular intervals of time.
