Remarks :
We first appeared for the GUJCET exam found online and have to clear the cut-off first. Then we have to register online on the ACPC portal and then we have to select the colleges we want to apply. The process was very simple and there were total 3 rounds(online) and 4th round (offline).
Course Curriculum Overview :
I opted for the electronics and communication engineering course because i am interested in electronic components, learning about microcontrollers, coding, and how the chips are made. I was tense about how the faculty will be but once i spent some time in college i observed that the faculties are so nice and helpful. Each faculty are highly qualified and are full of knowledge. Their teaching method is so nice that they make it easy for us to grasp things.
Internships Opportunities :
The college itself doesn't provide any internships but they help us to get internships in various companies related to our branch. The stipend is an average of 10,000 to 20,000. I haven't done any internship yet as i am in 6th sem.
Placement Experience :
Students become eligible for the placements from the 7th semester. The companies that come here are Tata Consultancy Services which comes as a grand recruiter and there are other companies like Reliance, Einfochip which provide the average package of 4 lakhs. The companies mostly demand 6-7 CGPA and they mostly focus on personality and communication skills.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees structure is very low. They charge very low for college and for hostel accommodation too. There are scholarships provided by the government in which the college helps to take the advantage of the scholarship but there are several criteria of marks and caste.
Campus Life :
The life at campus is very good. The people are very friendly, helpful and nice. Every year the college organises a technical fest named "TECHTONIC". And after that a sports day is also organised for 2-3 days. They are mostly organized in the month of February and april respectively. There is a library in the college campus which have lots of books including subjects and out of subjects.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is very nice. In each room, we are allowed to have total of 3 members but after COVID - 19 now we are allowed to have only 2 people in one room. Every room has a table, a chair, a bed and a cupboard for every single person. Right now there is no mess provided in the hostel. The registration is very simple for the hostel. We just have to apply online through a google form for the hostel and then after the faculties check and give hostel as per the distance of home and marks.
