Remarks :

The admission process was very easy, As I'm from Jammu so CU has consulting office so I got myself register from my home town only and after joining the registration was done in the class itself. There are criteria for the admission process that you must have 60+ % in your 12th standard.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My course is Engineering (mechanical), I have chosen this because I was always interested in vehicles and motors. The faculty over here is very helpful and they support you in every kind of situation. We have two Midterm exams and final exams at the end of the semester and the exam paper comes from whatever teacher taught us.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 160000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I have done a total of 4 projects in the college and 1 month of training at uniflex ultimate limited in Jammu. The college organises various national level competitions like ESVC, SUPRA etc. The teacher also helps students in the completion of their respected project.

Placement Experience :

In the last year, the student is eligible to sit in the college placement. IBM, Google, Microsoft, Maruti Suzuki, cognizant etc. The highest package was 34 LPA. I am also looking forward to getting placed in well reputed core company.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are varieties of scholarships provided by the University like sports scholarship, academic scholarship and many more. Fee Structure is different for different courses like mine is engineering so my fee is around 82000 rupees per semester.

Campus Life :

Life in the hostel is very fun loving we have been provided with the gym and study room for every hostel. And there are many clubs that an individual can join to make him or herself indulged in Co curriculum activities.

Hostel Facilities :

The registration process of the hostel is also similar to that of admission one can book your room seat by paying some amount of token money. The food in the hostel is very good and hygienic. We have been provided with varieties of facilities like gym, study room, hygienic washroom etc.

Hostel Fee : INR 80000 per year

For third semester students are eligible for campus placement. Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hitachi and many more companies are visit for placement in chandigarh university. Highest package is 24 lakhs average is 6 lakhs. Above 80 percent of students are placed. I plan is take campus placement in 3rd semester.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is good but this year no of placement is less as compare to the last year. In B.E. From 6 semster student were eligible for placement and all this big MNC visit the campus for placement like Infosys, Microsoft,etc.this 9000+ offer were there. Near about 70% student get placement. My plans after the degree I want to became the data analytics after the completion of course.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is 93 percent this year . Companies start visiting department in the month of September. Students are eligible for placement as they enter in the final year (7 semester) . The average package is around 5.5 Lakhs per annum and highest package is 12 lakh per annum. Students can go in field of pharmaceutical industry, oil and petroleum, fertiliser, paints, chemicals etc . Or students can opt for higher studies masters, MBA , abroad opportunities. Around 45 companies visited for placements with average 5 offers per company.

Placement Experience:

The placement are good, you will see many companies visit the campus such as Amazon Google Wipro TCS connivance Accenture Deloitte and many more. The main baad thing is their placements is that if you get a offer from any company irrespective of package then you have to accept and there is no option to deny the offer aane of you don't join then you will get debated from placement process.

Remarks:

I chose this college because I was not able to get admission in pec and this college was the only option. Academics wise its good. Faculties are good. The bad side is the college life you expect its almost zero there. No social life. There are only 5-600 students in the campus. And pretty bad cafeteria.

Admission:

To get the admission here you have to appear for jee mains. And according to the cutoffs you will get the admission. I prepared for it with my normal tutions.
