Entrance Preview :

The college had their own entrance exam. The scores were not revealed. Pearl Academy was the best design college in Jaipur.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The first year makes you play with all the mediums and isn't limited to any specific section. The second year makes us use to with the technical aspects of Fashion Designing. In the third year we start to put our thoughts into 3D forms. The final year is all about Finding yourself (as a person , as a designer).

Internships Opportunities :

Yes, the college provides internship at the end of third year. The stipend is not fixed, it will be given by the company if they are happy with our work. The experience was like a roller coaster ride - an overall experience - from a caring mentor to the scariest experience with the owner.

Placement Experience :

We had to apply for the placement, the ones who apply would get the placement option. Companies like Tulsi online, Sabyasachi, Abraham & Thakore, Nikhil & Shantanu, Manish Arora, Jabong, Urbania, Prrms Traders, Kilol, Gayatri Khanna, Reliance, Wrangler are the ones at the top of my head now. Big companies like Arvind and Wrangler and Reliance gave a package of Rs. 25000 and above.

College Events :

Cultural Fests happens yearly, though it has fun and the participation has decreased in the past 2 years. Different colleges are sent invitation to participate in the fest, a theme based fest happens every year. Competitions, games, fashion shows and things like these takes place.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Summer scholarship to NABA and Domus Academy. 3 week Scholarship to Santa Fe University for the kids in first year on merit basis. Many more that i don't remember because I was not allowed to go the Santa Fe scholarship because my parents think that I was too young and childish to go there.

Exam Structure :

We have no exams , its juries that we have here in Pearl Academy. There are 2 main juries that happen at the end of each semester and smaller ones during the process is on to check if the process of the student is on the correct path or not. A panel of faculties who taught us that year would sit down and a student would enter the room individually.

yeah , here you can choose subjects according to you any subjects combination for graduation the curriculum doesn't prepare you for real world applications so join this faculty at your own decision i wanna some suggestions for improvement in course curriculum and teaching methods because some students need this first of all they have to change their attitude of teaching and go for one by one interaction class and forcely i suggest that they have to understand students' thoughts and their conditions to study

Course Curriculum Overview:

Especially in my course, there are not many subjects that are practical but teachers always give practical knowledge and they also guide us in making good citizens out of young youth. My course is very well designed according to the University of Rajasthan, the areas of improvement are required for mentors are their patience level and sometimes rude behavior, the semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CiA conducted in between semester exams.

Journey at IIS university

Course Curriculum Overview:
