- Cultural events happen regularly like freshers party and farewell parties.
- I like the green and peaceful environment of college.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is very bad in maharani college.
- Table chairs are completely damaged and classes are very old , where fans do not work.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this course because I am interested in this one . But the teaching methods need a lot of improvement like the faculty members should come on the class timings, there should be smart classes, there should be modern techniques to teach the students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees depends on the different courses , like I paid ?5500 for my BA course. The campus don't provide any employment opportunity but financial assistance is given by government to selected and qualified students.
Campus Life :
The college organize various kinds of fests like veethika ( cultural week ) , farewell parties and many other parties. The library have many formalities like library card and entry , students have to do all the formalities to issue a book . Classroom facilities are not good . In college students can join many games like basketball, handball , kabaddi , cricket, chess , etc.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facilities are good , they provide breakfast, lunch , refreshment, dinner . Quality of food is also good . Infrastructure of hostel is not that much good . It is very old and coolers or ACs are not provided by university. It become very hard to spend days in summers .
Admission :
The admission is taken on the basis of merit system. Marks of twelfth class is considered for merit . Application forms are provided on the official site of Rajasthan University. Then the list of names released on site and those students have to submit their documents within the time given
Faculty :
Some faculty members have good experience of teaching but some of them are new and hired from outside . They don't have their own government staff but they hire guest faculty to teach the students, from them very few have good experience. Students have to do struggle to contact to teachers .
