A review for the hardworkers

Remarks :

Because it has a very good reputation and placement opportunities along with its active startup cell that provided me opportunity to start my own company along with guidance and funding support upto 5 lakhs. It had a very well structured campus as well as great track record of its teachers, almost 95% staff here has a Ph.D in their domains and have more than 10 years (avg) of teaching experience. It also provided me with a very good atmosphere of students discussing ideas to bring a change and build products/services to bring a positive impact in the society rather than just opting and working for placements. I would suggest anyone looking for a similar opportunity to apply for this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

As mentioned above, the faculties are very welcoming and provide good support. Sometimes there are issues but the problem solving attitude can't be ignored by the college administration, it is doing a great job indeed.

Internships Opportunities :

There are a lot of startups offering internships to learn and progress ahead in technical and non technical roles throughout the year in the college. I have opted for three internships in these startups which has helped me develop my own startup after learning from the founders of such startups.

Placement Experience :

highest package goes upto 14 to 15 lakhs per annum and there's a consistent 90% and above placement in the college for students who are actively looking for placements, barring the students willing to study ahead prior to getting placed, completing their post graduation.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees is like the city average and is affordable as well as justified to the extent of activites, exposure, labs, faculties and library that is provided to us. A lot of companies come every year for placement in our campus and nobody who works on getting a job seriously has been left unplaced here in the campus apart from a few who aren't aware about what they want to do yet in their life. There are scholarships for economically backward students as well as SC/ST students too. I have opted for developing my startup for which I had received 4 lakhs from the TBI Cell of college along with great hand holding support from the college faculties and startup incubation cell.

Campus Life :

The infrastructure is robust and feels great to be covered by greenary, full of birds, infact after Rajbhavan, the highest bird count is observed in our campus in Nagpur. The college has a lot of clubs filled with activities around the year including Drama, Dance, Environment, Music, Photography, Technical Club, Event based clubs, etc. The Students Representative Council is a student body here responsible for conducting various activities, social and cultural, in college via various clubs in the college which can be joined via the students via a joining process.

Hostel Facilities :

I wasn't a hostellite

Admission :

No. The admission was solely based on the marks of JEE as well as the marks of CET exams conducted for all in the state, which other colleges too consider for admitting their students.

Talking about placements, most of the placements occurs in CSE and IT branch, but surprisingly in the Government College of Engineering Aurangabad, the Mechanical branch has the same placements comparatively just the fact is that the package is less.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As every Diploma passing student enters to degree college same process I went through. The faculty of the college are well educated and hardworking. As a student, you have to reach out to your faculty and maintain a good relation with them to get constant support from them. the ratio is 25:1. The teaching method of professors is very professional. Exams are as per the government regulations and the difficulty level is moderate for general students.

Placement Experience:

Students are encouraged to take internships from the moment they are confident and can handle responsibility. They are eligible for placements after semester 4. Approximately 60+ companies visit the campus every year and they take an average of 4-5 offers. For instance, the highest package can be 40+lpa from Microsoft. 90-100% placements happen every year. My plan after getting the degree is to acquire a placement and work with the organization.

The college Bajaj Institute of Technology, Wardha is very reputed college as it is Shiksha Mandal's college. I saw many advertisement about this college throughout the year and that's why choose to take admission in it.

Placement Experience:

Till now no company has visited. 2 students are selected and that is with their own efforts. Not having any job referral because hardly few students are placed. In startup one group won the hackathon and I guess they are doing their startup thing
