Remarks :

I enjoyed being part of my college. The college management should make the infrastructure of the college more good.

Entrance Preview :

MH-CET. I scored 116\200. I opted for this college because it had minority quota and l wanted computer science as career.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course and curriculum was based on standard of Mumbai university. The computer practicals were good. The computer faculty is good here. The HOD of the computer branch misal sir is good professor.

Internships Opportunities :

The college placements happens with thadomal college of engineering which is from the same trust and sister concern of the college. Lot of companies come here.

College Events :

The festivals here is good one is inter festival called ensemble and other is intra festival called as wifi. Not big festival as such but it was gaining popularity in other campuses.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee is decided by the Mumbai university so basically it remains standard throughout colleges in Mumbai.At my time the fee was around 56-60k.now the Fee has increased to around 95k.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

You can avail educational loan from any if the banks for the fees. No scholarship as such provided in my college.

Campus Life :

The campus life of any student is awesome. The festivals were the most enjoyable part of the college. I still remember playing indoor cricket in my college downstairs. labs are maintained well too.

Hostel Facilities :

There were no hostels provided by my college however the canteen is good and you ll get all types of snacks at reasonable amount. The Chinese food was good of my college and sandwich corner ie Anna sandwich is nice outside the college.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

I have seen my seniors working now in big companies namely Microsoft etc. Its not about the college its the student who is responsible for his or her placement and Future life.

Exam Structure :

It is chilled out no pressure ad such. Only few professors in my computer department were sict rest were chilled and happy to lucky types.

Faculty :

Only few professor in computer department are good. The good professors here were misal sir, Mehta sir teaching computer graphics and Naveen Vaswani teaching programming.

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
